      Received an invoice for 10.44, paid and due to holiday and their processing they process it 2 days late, Sent me an invoice for $5 late fee, which I was sure was sent before they process and all should be ok. Then receive an invoice for $25 penalty. I submitted a dispute from their website with documentation and a copy of check sent on 12/29. they held the account will under dispute, decided it wasn't their fault of course, and they give absolutely no grace period. Then doubled the fee and sent me a bill for $60. This is unreasonable, and a complete money grab. They gave no opportunity to pay the $30 once they denied the dispute. this communist business should be shutdown.

      I received a bill in the mail a few days ago. It says I need to pay the toll, but it also says I have a late fee! This is the first time I have ever gotten or heard anything about this toll. How am I getting charged a late fee when this is the first time I've ever gotten anything? And, on the invoice is no date for when I drove over the toll bridge. I am pretty sure it has been close to a full year since I went that way. Anyways the invoice says I can sign up on their site and the late fee can be waived "Savings add up with RiverLink Fee Forgiveness!", so no problem. I go to this site. This was a huge problem! I really regret this! DO NOT DO THIS IF ANYONE IS READING THIS!!! I sign up for an account. I enter my personal information, car information, and credit card info. Immediately I am charged $20.00! What? My invoice says it was a 5.04 toll charge plus a 5.00 late fee. How did I get $20 charged? And, now I can't see to actually verify that my bill was paid! The website is entirely unuseable. There is no way they are processing payments on that junky site. I am 95% I just got scammed! I check out other reviews on google and BBB so see similar experiences. I click the live chat to get help. Nope, they don't have anyone one and it automatically closes halfway through typing out my question. The website also just lags so much that things happen several seconds after you click things. This better get resolved and I get a full refund and I want this invoice cleared! How is a company so terrible able to be in charged of roads? There is no way their website is legal! Here's to hoping DOGE can do something with this company! Though I am not sure if the government has anything to do with this company. As terrible as I've seen reviews, I wouldn't be surprised!

      This is a scam I tried to pay and didn’t work on line then the bill went from 10.00 to 70.00 three months later… tried to call and file complaint nothing. Then I seen on the news today that people are stealing peoples credit card information with toll scams…

      I tried to renew my car registration today and found on the *** website that there is a “hold on my account “and I cannot renew my plate. I called the *** and they gave me a contact of Riverlink. I called them and they have no record of me owing anything to them. They said they took over for another company last April 2023. They did not know the name of the previous company strangely. I sat on hold for 50 minutes to speak with a supervisor. They had no idea either?? I had them email me an email stating this and the address for the other company. This is what they sent, ** *** *** ****** ** *****. No name of business. When I googled the address it links it back to Riverlink. I sent a certified letter and the email from Riverlink today to be overnighted to that PO box. In the meantime, I am driving my vehicle with the tags expired from this mess. I don’t know where to turn to, to get this resolved. It seems like a scam and I am driving illegal because of this. Any help would be appreciated.

      There is no way to contact them to pay a bill. I've tried to contact them several times in the last month. The pay online link is broken, no one answers the phone, their live chat is never answered and is a joke, so the only way to pay I suspect is by mail. I'm sending certified mail just to be sure that they get it and can dispute any additional charges or holds they try to put on my car.

      This company has no tolls and if you are not one of their subscribers and happen to drive by their tolls (by the way it is not clearly marked and you have no option to pay, then they marinate the $1.50 charge for several years and put a hold on your vehicle Registration via your State's BMV (using them as a collection agency) than they charge you $76 over a $1.50 toll they failed to bill you from 2017... when was the last time you go to a store and they said don't worry about the bill, they never send you a bill and several years later you receive a stupid bill with a collection notice... this is a vicious way of doing business, I don't see no good intentions and good business practice... in order to collect your toll you need to provide a bill... if you fail the first thing you are responsible for how would the consumer know what to pay, how to pay, when to pay... this is ridiculous
