      there was a fraudulant charge on my banking statement from BBB in the amount of $85.29. i did not make this purchase. I called BBB twice, speaking with a customer service rep, explaining the situation. I asked to speak with the complaints/finance department. They told me that I cannot do that, they will pass the information along and someone will reach out to me within 24 hours. That did not happen. I had to call my bank, cancel and check card and now wait 10 days for the refund. ridiculous!!1

      Our customer service representative, ****, reached out to the customer via email 6/9/2022 advising the pending charge of $85.29 was from order BBB3908140626, that the customer placed on 05/12/22. The amount of the 2020 order happened to be the same as the authorization amount for the Therapedic Wholistic 400-Thread-Count Antimicrobial Twin XL Mattress Pad, that was present in the customers recent order, BBB3908140626. The authorization of $85.29 on the customers Mastercard ending in **** was not related to the 2020 order. It is standard that authorizations are applied every 7 days for items that have not shipped yet to ensure that when the item ships there are no issues with the payment. At this time the $85.29 from order BBB3908140626 has been released from the pending status as the item has since been canceled. All the remaining items on the customers order have successfully shipped and the customer will no longer see any charges or pending authorizations from the order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused. As of today, we consider this complaint closed.

      Tax exemption for online orders We are looking to get tax exempt for our online orders you guys still do not have this feature **************************** Lowes and other retailers offer this already https://www.walmart.com/taxexempt/Please add this feature ASAP

      I bought a Tr1flex HX1 Series Cordless vacuum, which included vacuum and 2 batteries all produced by Miele on July, 2021. One of battery doesn't work after a couple of months. I contact Miele custom service, which said I should talk with Bed bath&beyond, then I called Bed bath&beyond, which said I should talk manufacturer. I don't know which one should be responsible for this issue.

      On 3/08/2022 I returned an item to Bed Bath Beyond with a label that they provided me with. I've called multiple times asking for an update on my refund and I hav e been given the run around. I have been told that they are looking into it, that the right department wasn't notified etc. It has been 2 months since I sent them back the item and I am still waiting for my refund. I'm sure this has been forgotten about and no one has even looked into it, this is terrible service to a customer who has spend to such money with this company. I was given no choice but to submit a report so that this could be taken seriously. It is unfortunate that it needed to come to this but you guys need to do your part, I already did mine by sending you the item 2 months ago.

      I previously filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (complaint #: ********) against Bed Bath and Beyond the resolution was that Bed Bath and Beyond would issue a refund in the form of a check. Bed Bath Beyond stated it would *********** weeks for the check to arrive. It has been 8 weeks and they never sent a check or any form of compensation (refund) as apart of the agreement. I am requesting BBB to look into the matter, it is my belief that Bed Bath and Beyond had no intent to provide the check but only stated so that the case would be closed out. They had prolonged the issue long enough as this matter is dating back to January. I was lied to then and here they are repeating the same unethical behavior. I am requesting a full refund be given as promised.

      placed an online order for some glass containers, coffee K CUPS and a shower cleaner. received that order no problem, it looks like the same glass containers were ordered for a local store pickup and charged to my CC. I didnt place that order or pickup an additional items. I dont leave my house im not vaccinated against covid and am high risk so there is no way this purchase was mine, I had my containers shipped to me. I tried to reach out to the company and was told to contact the store directly and all I got out of the store rep was that someone picked it up and when I asked if they verified ID they said no they did not.       Our customer service representative, ******, reached out to the customer via email 5/17/2022, advising we spoke with the Store Manager of the fulfillment store and our *************************** The order placed was picked-up as a curbside pick-up, the store has reviewed the camera footage and the order pick-up confirmation email was verified. At the store level, when a buy online pick-up in store order is ready, the person will check-in after arriving at the store utilizing the mobile app or the confirmation email sent,the store associate will bring out the order, check the confirmation email and release the order. Since the order was placed under your name, email, account,credit card and the confirmation email were verified, unfortunately there is not anything we are able to do. We recommended for the customer to reach out to their bank, Comenity, for assistance with the next steps to take for an identity theft issue. Due to the email and account being compromised, we have suspended the Bed Bath & Beyond account associated with the email address: *********************** so no additional orders may be processed.For the customers protection, should she decide to make future Bed Bath &Beyond purchases via the website or mobile app, the customer will want to create a new online profile since the email has been compromised. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused. As of today, we consider this complaint closed.

      I inadvertently purchased a Beyond+ Membership. I thought that I was getting a free trial with a large purchase. When I wasn't able to cancel it online, I tried to use it. The first time I used it, I bought something that was going to be shipped to me. To my shock, a few hours later, someone was on my doorstep with the order. I had no prior notice -- I had received a text message saying that I would receive the order two days later. I was interrupted and caught off guard. There was no prior notice that this would occur. And their website does not include any information that this might happen. If that is what I am getting with for membership -- unwanted and unexpected interruptions -- I don't want the membership. I want my money back.
