      Quest Diagnostics is unethical and dishonest. They advertise transparency with patient out of pocket expenses prior to the appointment. This is not true. I added a ************ test to my annual preventative labs. My appointment was in October 2024. I scheduled a week in advance. I was charged $95.00. Then, another $78.00 invoice was sent in the mail. On March 12th, 2025, Quest charged another $95.00 without notice. I advise people to avoid Quest Labs. Ask your healthcare provider of other options for your lab orders.

      TERRIBLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE! I want to report a distressing experience I had at 3:00 pm on March 10, 2025, with the Manager of Quests ***********, ** facility. She desperately needs training in how to be kind and helpfuland how to fix an error made by one of her technicians. She burst into the room when I was trying to submit stool samples for my 81-year old fianc according to the direction I received from one of her technicians earlier that day! She interrupted me repeatedly, speaking loudly, and then threatened to call the police multiple times bc I was talking back loudly. She didnt bother to suggest a solution. She just said, You have to leave. All I wanted to do was submit the stool samples for prompt evaluation.I hope someone shares this feedback with her. I hope she gets counseling on how to interact with clients to put them at ease and solve problems. Or, that QUEST appoints a new manager for this site. The last thing anyone seeking medical care needs is more anxiety. As long as shes the manager, I will NEVER feel comfortable going to this Quest facility again.

      ***************: Quest is critically short staffed!!! ************** isn't doing anything about it. Be prepared for a lengthy wait even if you have an appointment. I had a 7:30 am appointment for a blood test. When I arrived, the waiting room was full and the list of people checked in was very long. I checked in and waited over an hour for my appointment. The list showed me as being 3rd in line with a 20 minute wait when I arrived. In the meantime, numerous people were walk-ins, because they were led to believe that Quest accepts walk-ins. One woman complained to the worker that she had been waiting an hour and a half as a walk in. The worker emphasized that appointments were being taken first.If I have an appointment, and it takes an hour for me to get in, I can only imagine how long the walk-ins have to wait. Quest, stop saying you will take walk-ins, when in reality you will not!

      Quest doesn't allow me to use my phone to make an appointment because of a software glitch. I went there this morning at 8:30 a.m. of course I haven't eaten. I was a walk-in, and wasn't able to get an appointment until 1:40 this afternoon. It's 11:44 now, and I'm irritable and hungry! My blood sugar is very very low right now! I understand why quests and LabCorp are such horrible companies to work with. They don't want to pay for the number of Staff needed to cover the number of patients that they see, so they do this s***** thing to their customers and make them wait forever. I'd go to ******* but I know they're no better. This is our world now. These companies have a monopoly and they don't give a rat's a** about their customers!

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience for two key reasons: (1) my HIPAA rights were compromised, and (2) the site lacked medically calibrated equipment.The technician shared my weight and blood pressure readings aloud in a public area where both patients and staff were within earshot, which is a clear violation of privacy.Additionally, the facility used a consumer-grade scale, which recorded my weight as nearly 20 pounds higher than the measurement provided by a medical-grade scale earlier. Similarly, the site lacked the correct size blood pressure cuff, resulting in a reading that was higher than the one taken with an appropriately sized cuff. To make matters worse, the technician mentioned that she was unable to detect my pulse!My experience occurred at the Quest Lab located at ************************************************************ however I am leaving this review for the corporate office in ********, ***I was unable to speak with a live representative to address my concerns. I had intended to request a delay in my results until biometric data could be obtained using properly calibrated equipment.

      Went as A walk-in to both *********** locations first one said they were too busy so I went to the second one on mosside blvd. I signed in, and there was one person ahead of me 2 appointments. Then I was the only one sitting there in my name disappeared off the screen two more people came in which were Walk ins did not have appointments so the lady comes out, and I said to her my name came off the screen she goes just resign in. I said that I was the next one so I re-signed in another couple Walked in she says we cant take you were too busy. We close in 45 minutes. Meanwhile there were three people there. She come out at 11:45 and told me sorry youll have to come back another time she was rude.The man that came after me apologized for her rudeness and said I came after you and didnt have an appointment I dont know why this happened . She was a heavy black girl with an attitude. I hope there is a mod there and fires her .

      My secondary insurance overpaid the bill because they submitted the bill to them as primary. My secondary insurance has requested many times via mail and fax to return the extra money . Its been almost 6 months and Quest billing office has not sent the overpayment back. Where did the overpayment go?

      I had a battery of tests done and they missed out several tests as a result. I had to go to the emergency room twice to get additional blood work done before having surgery.I would not recommend quest.

      They rebilled for a bill that was already paid, then said they had no record of it being paid. Had to send them a copy of the canceled check. Very frustrating afternoon for me. Be careful with this business. Scrutinize the bills VERY closely.

      Longer wait, despite of appointment, took 1 hour ************************* whole office. They didn't receive the lab order faxed by my *** a week ago. Had to ask PCP again and more wait
