      I recently purchased a 4-year-old vehicle and purchased a DOWC warranty as well. Good thing I did and good thing it was with DOWC. I have purchased vehicle warranties in the past that ended with terrible experiences where they did everything to find reasons not to repair my vehicle. Not DOWC... Two weeks and 2 days after purchasing my vehicle, I had to file a claim for a somewhat major repair. No problems with DOWC. I was able to take the vehicle to a service center and had the repairs done and covered by the warranty as a warranty should work. I would recommend DOWC to anyone searching for a vehicle warranty.

      This is a wonderful company! They are very professional and they handle claims in a very timely manner. The professionalism of there customer service representatives is amazing and entirely refreshing! They go above and beyond to explain the process every step of the way, at least that was my experience with *** who was a fantastic person! Highly recommend this company!

      At the time I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a DOWC Warranty and included the additional coverage for Turbo/Supercharged engines. Fast forward almost three years, my car started displaying an EPC light and immediately I took it to my mechanic to have diagnostics run on it. To my dismay, the code generated indicated that my turbo booster needed to be replaced. DOWC and its claims analysts (***, *****, and ****), field adjuster, and underwriter worked with ******************** to replace my turbo booster with a brand new part, but also ensured that I had a rental vehicle during the repair (even extending the time period two-days due to the part arriving late on a Friday).The three claims analysts that worked with me to service my claim were not just responsive, professional and courteous, but fully explained the coverage, repair work, and rental coverage afforded by my warranty coverage. *** was instrumental in working with ************** to ensure a new part was installed in my vehicle and coordinated the field adjuster's visit and getting the underwriter's approval for my claim. ***** also stepped in to ensure that my rental would not have to be returned to Enterprise before my car was repaired. And when **** said follow-up would happed within a certain time frame, someone followed up. It was refreshing being promised a call and the call actually happening.I am very pleased with the warranty claims service that I received, especially when the part itself was $2,500 (not including labor). Thank you DOWC for a great experience.

      LOOK AT ACTUAL REVIEWS AND DATES! Most reviews are fake. Very unsatisfactory and disappointing process. I purchased a 2017 Jaguar XE from ******* in **********************. This warranty was applied to my contract without my permission. Once added I saw that the liability is only $6500 yet the buying price is $4000 which makes no sense. Now once the jaguar broke down 5 months after purchase I have called DOWC for a claim and took weeks to get it looked at and diagnosed AFTER it had been towed to the wrong location. Once finally diagnosed repairs were so ridiculous that my estimate came to $17,000 from markups. Thanks to God the work was approved but the price was too outrageous and I decided to go with another shop for half the price. After multiple weeks of the car being there at Apex Repair Facility the car has yet to be towed to the right and new repair facility. I started my claim DEC. ***** and my car is still not even being worked on nor at the requested car repair facility. After calling everyday for the last 5 days I finally get my analyst, *****, on the phone this morning and he stated to me that now the car wont be moved until the diagnostic fee is covered at Apex. The diagnostic fee shouldve been paid long before now, its been at that facility for 3+ weeks there is no reason that fee shouldnt be paid. I was approved for work needed so the diagnostic fee as stated in my Level 2 protection contract should be paid for by DOWC, only if no work is needed would I have to pay out of pocket. Highly unacceptable service, definitely a group effort to scam people. I will never recommend this place. Ill be posting on social media as well, and any other site I can to expose this company.

      DOWC Administration Services, LLC (DOWC) serves as administrator of vehicle service contracts and other products offered by dealers in connection with the sale of new and used vehicles. As such, DOWC is responsible for processing claims and providing other administrative services in connection with such products.

      Customer purchased LEVEL 2 coverage under ********* on June 10, 2023, and accepted the terms of the Contract. On or about December 20, 2023, the Customer called to submit a claim to DOWC regarding issues related to the engine. The Customer states that DOWC had been delaying the Vehicles repairs; however, when it arrived at the initial Repair Facility, the Repair Facility was unable to repair the engine. The Repair Facility attempted to contact the Customer to have the vehicle moved to a different repair facility, but the Customer did not return the calls. The Vehicle was towed to a holding yard, where it stayed for 5 days. After the Vehicle was towed to another Repair Facility, it was diagnosed with a failed engine and turbo. The Customers claim was approved, and a rental Vehicle was set up.

      However, the Customer is looking to have the Vehicle brought to another Repair Facility. The repairs to the Customers Vehicle now exceed the maximum aggregate limit of liability. As this Contract states, the maximum aggregate limit of liability is $6,500.00. Maximum aggregate limit of liability is clearly defined in the Contract as, the maximum amount that will be paid by Us per Covered Repair as identified on the Information Schedule (Section 1, Page 2). The claim has maxed out the contract coverage, and therefore we are unable to assist the Customer any further. DOWC processed and administered the claim consistent with the clear unambiguous terms of the Customers Contract. Coverage was appropriately denied. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the Customers concerns.

      Do not buy from this company theyre scammers. Some customer service reps are well spoken and seem to be nice but others try and trap into saying things to deny your claim. I have a 2013 Audi q7 supercharged car and I purchased this car last August with dowc warranty on the engine and transmission and this company will not honor my engine replacement since it broke down claiming that theyve determined the cause of the engine failure was from a head gasket and I didnt buy extra coverage (gasket and seals coverage) without ever getting a diagnostic from the car being torn down to determine the cause of failure. Theyve asked my shop to send video of the motor and records of oil changes for maintenance records and my intial shop provided that. They then denied my claim saying I said I was driving my car with a blown motor when I fact I wasnt and because they determined the head gasket caused engine failure. I complained about this and they spoke with the dealership that sold me the car they then said they didnt trust my first shop and to tow my suv to another shop which I did and now I am going through the same run around. I want my motor replaced or a full refund. This company is not a good one and other reviews are fake do not be fooled into purchasing this product beware!

      They will not honor the contract through us auto sales my car has been in the shop 6 times now the engine is blown there is a contract and there violating the law
