      Cspire is terrible!!! They tricked my family into adding a line saying it would be one price only to charge us about $30 more per month than advertised. NEVER USE CSPIRE. They are the worst cell phone carrier on the market, Cricket and Boost are better than those crooks. I wish I could post pictures of the chat.

      There prepaid unlimited wireless plans are not “really” unlimited. At least mine was not! When you go over your “high speed” 10 GB data I was throttled down to 0.02!! That is insane! So yes they technically are unlimited but only at insanely low speeds! It takes a solid minute to google something! Just insane. I would still be with c spire if we’re truly unlimited and they gave existing customers the same deals they give new customers. For example they were wanting to charge me $30 a month for a new IPhone but new customers get it for free! It’s like you are punished for being a “existing” customer.

      When you sell 2 Gig speed to the average homeowner, at least have the common decency to let them know when they book the appointment that Cspire doesn't provide the equipment needed to increase the speed. The homeowner has to provide it themselves. The routers that Cspire gives to homeowners can only handle 1 Gig. At least your technician had the decency to let me know before he began the work. He specifically said that they do not tell the customers this. So you are going to let a tech change a service that you know won't work? And you don't provide the equipment to make it work? Be glad the BBB's website wouldn't allow a complaint to be filed for this issue. Otherwise, I would've crucified Cspire. Garbage company. But what else is new?

      We went to C Spire in June for **************** and wireless phone service (two phones). We spoke to **** and ****** ( both are no longer employed) we agreed to phone service for $80 for two phones and $10 each for insurance. We also were told they would reimburse us for our two Xfinity phones ($245.88). We were also told we would get two new phones for free( we only had to pay the taxes on the new phones). We paid $150 for the taxes and to begin phone service on June 21-2024.our bills for the next three months have been- July 22 $161.30, Aug.11 $160.28, Sept. 11 $155.48, all this we questioned at their office with nothing but the runaround. we have talked with their area mgr (*****) about this, which was useless. we feel that they owe us over $176 in over charges, we tried to terminate our phone service and were told that we owe for the phones that were supposed to be free.Our **************** was suppose to be $55, but our bill has been $74 which include a charge for the Modem and we were told the Modem was included in the $55 monthly fee.Our phone and Internet charges were on Auto-pay, I have canceled the auto-pay on our phone bill, but continued the Internet payment. Your help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN NEVER ACTUALLY TALK TO A SERVICE REP, ONLY THE ONLINE CHAT. MONTHLY BILL IS OVER $120 FOR ONE I-PHONE, TABLET AND APPLE WATCH. TWO YEAR CONTRACT FOR PHONE AND TABLET WAS COMPLETED ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO, BUT MONTHLY SERVICE COST NEVER DECREASED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND C SPIRE AS A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ANYONE!!!

      Bought news phone can not use in my house was on phone with tech all day nothing he done worked told me that I will have to deal with it or buy new phones told him that we are on disability and that we don't have the money for new phones if they say customer ************************* then they need to give us new phones for free that will work inside so don't buy moto g 5g 2024 because they don't work inside

      The worse customer service I have experienced. I called every night for a week and would finally get to talk to someone only to be told "All of the technicans are already gone but I will have one call you tomorrow". Well I guess tomorrow never comes because no one has called me yet. I may have to drive to *********, MS to talk to someone and who knows if I will be able to then. I, like others that have posted, wish I could rate them zero.

      My appointment was cancelled after confirmed the day prior via phone as well as receiving confirmation text. After calling on the day of the installation was cancelled with no explanation. I requested to speak to supervisor and was denied. Horrible customer service, went with another provider.
