      Made website purchase which resulted in receiving Newsletter emails. I unsubscribed on April 14th from the mailing list with confirmation that it has been completed and may take up to 10 days to stop receiving emails. I have since unsubscribed weekly as I continued to receive emails from Bass Pro Shop and it is now May and I am still receiving spam emails from a mailing list that I have unsubscribed from

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Based on the other complaints it appears the response is always the same of removing them from the list although I have no confidence that the unsubscribe tool actually works to prevent other people from receiving unnecessary spam after the 10 days listed on The website from unsubscribing. As originally requested, please provide evidence that the tool used to unsubscribe actually works and people aren’t required to file a BBB complaint in order to actually be removed from the list.
