      WORST COMPANY! Made an order on 3/3/23 and 3/21/23 have yet to receive any correspondence back from company, as my order stayed in pending status for 18 days. Company will not respond to emails to cancel order. Do NOT BUY FROM

      The first order I ever made on 2/24/22 with this company online was fast . I purchased an additional item on the same day 2/24/22 and it never shipped .after a week the status still states pending ( all items in stock by the way) They keep saying the issue has been escalated . Today I called after the rep has no idea what’s going on so I decided to cancel that order . In addition I ordered another item on 2/28/22 for which I will consider waiting another 2 days before cancelling that item as well , I will not be purchasing a single thing from them online again.

The order from 2/28/23 was canceled as requested, the reason this had not shipped at the time of your request was we were wanting for 1 of the items to come into the warehouse as we had over sold our inventory.       Charged & never received order. **************** could not explain why order was never sent. Was told I would be contacted by scrubs & beyond to resolve issue. Was never contacted. Was also told I was not charged for order but it is on credit card statement. Cancelled order and cancelation did not happen. Was told again that I would be contacted to resolve issue.....Never happened. Many phone calls and no resolution. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Order date:Sep 26, 2022, 7:45:23 AM I received my order..on 9/29... scrub top and jogger scrub pants..Pants were defective, the tapered legs on the pants were *****************. I tried to do a happy return and was going to be charged $5. I called the company and I told them I didn't think that it was right for me to have to pay to send the defective item back. They stated for me to take pictures and send an email and someone would get back with me. No one ever did I had to keep calling and sending emails. Today I finally got to speak with a supervisor after calling four times- her name was ****. She stated she was going to send me a refund for the defective pants but instead of getting a refund, my credit card was charged an additional $30.81- instead of refunding it. My bank couldn't do anything because it was a pending charge and told me to call back and dispute when it post... this company is nothing but a scam. This was my first order with them and will be my last!! Everyone I spoke with I couldn't really understand either... all I wanted was a full refund to send both items back. They told me to keep defective pants but send shirt back and if I'm charged the $5 to return for me to call them back so they can refund me the charge... yeah, like they just did today?? Charge my account again, instead of credit my account.. I do not recommend doing any business with this company. They do not stand by their promise of 100% satisfaction guaranteed. It's been 10 days of dealing with this and it's still not resolved!! They really should be ashamed of how they are doing customers!!!!

      I am employed with one of the largest hospital in the area and my employer give them a lot of business. I went to purchase 5 uniforms from the ******* location. The sale person said that they would have to order majority of my uniforms because they didnt have my size. I was told that they would be in the store six weeks. I gave them about two months so I called the sales person that waited on me immediately pass me to the manager. I was told another six weeks and guess what about 2 months later I received a couple items and told that I would have to wait another six weeks that was in 2021. Now in the end of May 2022 . I called today placed on hold and was told the manager will call you back. She did and was told she dont understand why order is on back order. Instead of prolonging this I decided to take what was in the store and I remained calm level headed and very respectful in my communication. For over one year they didnt have my size xtra large very common size. For customer service recovery I was not looking for anything but it would have been nice to make an offer. Just glad this ordeal is coming to an end.??
