They have crappy customer service. Rude employees that lie. And then they can't even provide you with a rental when you have had the reservation since April.

Made a reservation, they called that morning to tell me they were having trouble getting my car ready. I called back to see if they had fixed the problem, they closed up and left without even letting me know! Ruined my vacation since we were leaving at 8:30 the next morning, Sunday. This was in ******, **. They literally closed up and left like cowards!

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE ***** AT LOCATION *************************************************************. IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TELL YOU TO CALL ANOTHER LOCATION IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE FIRST LOCATION. I WAS ASSIGNED WITH ENTERPIRSE BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY AFTER BEING INVLOVED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT. I WAS PROVIDED A HUGE MONSTER TRUCK WHEN I AN A 5'4" SMALL LADY. i WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ADTER 11AM WHEN A COMPACT CAR WAS GOING TO BE TURNED IN. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR 2 WEEKS AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE *****! I'VE SEEN THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CORPORATION. THEY ARE THE WORST IN ******* AND THEIR TIME IS UP! ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL CAN TAKE THEIR CRAPPY EMPLOYESS AND GET CANCELLED BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ENDURE THIS INSOLENSE AND POOR QUALITY. I'M GOING TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL BECAUSE CITZENS SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO WORK WITH A LESS THAN SUBSTANDARD COMPANY THAT OFFERS A CAR WITH NO SERVICE. THE EMPLOYESS ARE YOUNG, RUDE, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

WATCH OUT! They rush through the rental at pick up. They don't disclose that there is a daily charge for additional driver. They have you sign and initial contract without telling or confirming what you are signing. I returned the car and was advised the bill would be sent via email. Don't fall for that when I read the receipt they had $105.00 extra charge on the bill. When I questioned and advised the charge was not disclosed and they only claimed I had to use a credit card vs debit for additional driver. They claimed my request to remove the charge was approved. To date no refund. Called customer service and was advised should have received in 2 days oh well coming up on a week. Note if you drop off at airports watch the clock my daughter waited in line, as it was very busy, and another rental company had one person working counter. They charged her an additional $500 for being late which she was not. And of course they said they would email receipt, never received.

We took video of the pickup inspection in which we clearly note the damage to our rental vehicle before we took possession of the vehicle. The rental agent acknowledged the prior damage. When we returned the vehicle, Enterprise claims "extensive hail damage". We explained that the damage was prior to our rental and we have video evidence of the prior damage. Enterprise refused to even view our video. We requested, via email and registered mail, the *** data for the vehicle during the period of our rental so we could prove it was not in a hail storm. Enterprise refuses to proved this information and specifically claims, "*** is not accessible or needed". If the *** data is not needed then how does Enterprise expect to prove the vehicle was in a hail storm during the time of our rental? Regardless we were able to get *** data on our own and it proves our claim that this vehicle was NOT in a hail storm during the period of our rental. After much research, we are not a lone case. Enterprise has been engaged in this type of fraudulent activity for years. In one case we researched, the agent actually told the customer that, "you can't see the damage because you do not have a trained eye. I do have a trained eye". If the customer does not have a "trained eye" to spot hail damage, how would it be expected for her to note the damage when she initially rented the vehicle? If you choose to rent from Enterprise, I suggest your document every single **** on any potential vehicle you may rent. Ask the agent to use their, "trained eye" to point out all damage prior to accepting your rental.

We take claims very seriously and we reviewed this particular dispute last month through our Damage Recovery Unit. There was no previous hail damage on the vehicle, and there were reported hail storms during the rental period which was a total of three weeks. Mr. Brewer also initialed on the rental contract next to "No Hail" because during this season we intentionally make hail a topic of discussion during the outgoing process because of the sporadic nature of storms in the DFW Metroplex. This is an unfortunate situation, but we followed our change of condition procedures.

Like we said. We have the video when we picked up the rental and the agent clearly noted the damage that was evident when we took the rental. And while there was three instances of hail, all on the same day, the gps data clearly reveals the exact location of the vehicle during this period. The location was not in one of the three areas. You may continue to not even look at the data and video, however they are clear and do not lie.

Enterprise of Middleton is by far the worst Enterprise rental car branch I have ever experienced. Screwed up my reservation despite my 3 days before and the morning of to confirm - left me stranded at a body shop with 2 car seats in limbo and 2 kids waiting for a ride. Incompetent staff, led by an even worse manager who will cover up, rather than address, issues. "Customer service" is condescending and rude. Renters beware - go to the Odana road branch or use Hertz.
