  I started a policy with a new insurance company through this agent. I paid $120 more than the requested down payment of $279 so that my monthly payments would be lower. My bank account shows the down payment paid to the insurance carrier. The additional $120 was paid to Select insurance group as shown on my bank statement. When I log on to my policy, the only payment shown is the down payment of $279. Select will not respond to my e-mails asking for a statement/invoice to explain where the $120 went. I have e-mailed three times and called their office but they said only the agent could help me and he will not respond.

  Customer paid (for son) for additional annual legal services $120 and signed off on the agreement for the insurance policy along with the separate legal services. This was an SR22 insurance policy. Customer also received a copy. We do not show any contact from the customer, whatsoever. We are happy to provide any sort of documentation, consult, signatures or otherwise if they'd like to contact us at ************************************************************* and/or customer service at ********************.
