      I was very happy with HomeSpec! First, I called 5 different companies when we had a constant stream of water coming into our basement through a concrete wall that we couldn't get to stop, no matter what we did to it. Every other company couldn't come out for 4-8 weeks, even for an inspection and quote. We were literally emptying gallons of water every couple hours and it was exhausting! HomeSpec was able to come out in just a few days for an inspection and quote. The quote was reasonable and they explained everything they would do to solve the problem. We had to schedule a couple months out for the work to actually get done, but they came right as scheduled and completed the entire job in two days (as they said they would). They were very thoughtful in putting up big plastic sheets to cover our belongings so nothing would get dusty, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Every aspect of this was very easy, professional, and they kept right on their estimates for time and cost. I highly recommend them!

      Elon was very knowledgeable about the job with videos. As I told ****, let me try getting a second opinion, I may have to get a little more finance with the complete offering Elon quoted which was responsible. I will call you back. Thank you Elon! you were great!

      Job was not finished. I paid with check while they were completing the job. After I handed over the check they were packing up and leaving. I asked about a large gap and all the other gaps that weren't sealed. Sealing the gaps, he said wasn't in the order. Why would I pay over $3,000 for an unfinished job. I was told by *********************** that all the pads lifted would be cleaned and sealed. They are not clean or sealed. The workers did mention I should use my power washer and clean the cement and go to Lowes and buy sealant. I sent an email to *********************** about the unfinished job. He has yet to return my email.

      I had three contractors come out to look at my gutters. None of them followed up with a proposal. I had HomeSpec out to look at my crawlspace and they are going to install seamless and guarded gutters for me. Huge relief to have an experienced local company help me with all water, concrete, and foundation issues. The work will be done in a month or so and I will update my review with pictures.
