      Bought new hearing aids from ******** Jan. 10, 2023. Went in for a cleaning. *** said I needed my ears tested again. Came back in one week with my husband. Got tested and he said I needed new hearing aids. Told him I think I am still paying on the last ones through Alegro auto deduct. Told him I can not pay for two hearing aids at once. I can not go without my tinnitus arrester. He put an app in my phone and told me to try them. I signed the sales receipt but nothing more. Got home and left hearing aid kept cutting in and out.Called Belltone in the morning and told them I do not want these. Went in to the office a couple days later only to be told I could not return them. I started crying was really upset. He would not give me my old hearing aids back. He put another tinnitus program in my phone. This time both aids were cutting in and out which will drive you nuts so I had to turn the program off. Went in yesterday and same thing all over again. I got a bill in the mail from Allegro and finance pappers ,and come to find out they forged my signature off from the documents I signed back in 2023. I never discussed financing at all. I just wanted to return the aids and get my old aids back. On top of that they were going to change me $4,695 for each hearing aid.

      Dear valued customer,We will try to reach out to you once again to resolve the issue as per our last conversation and our call with tech support there seems to be an issue with your phone not allowing the app to work on your Andriod phone.Any financing that you may have or any financing that we do can only be done through obtaining information you provide to us for a credit application and then if approved you would have had to sign finance docs for the bank in question, we do not provide our own financing. this being said we will reach out to you once again to discuss all.

      I went to Beltone Skoric on 11/13/24, received a hearing test, and immediately they brought out hearing aids and set them up for me. They took my insurance information and charged me $4848 for my hearing aids out of pocket. They did not offer any options for hearing aids or payment plans. I knew I needed hearing aids so charged them on my credit card. After I left the office, I talked to someone who has hearing aids and got them from a different location - an ********** which supplies Oticon hearing aids. I called the ********** and found out if I got the most expensive Oticon brand of hearing aids through them it was $2000 less than what I paid at Beltone. The Beltone website states that there is a 30 day refund policy. I went back to Beltone on 11/22/24 to return the hearing aids and I was told that this Beltone location is a franchise and does not honor the 30 day return policy. I would have picked 0 stars, but the lowest allowed is 1 ******* NOT GO TO BELTONE- CHECK PRICES AT OTHER LOCATIONS

      I went there for a free hearing test and gift card. Informed *************** I wasn't feeling well, in urgent care they put me on medication a day and half ago before the test. He went through with the test. He said I need hearing aids and that I remember at the time sign this, sign this, sign this. By the time I got home I realized that I signed for something I didn't want. And all I did was talk about the free gift card. **** had me sign my life away for a set of hearing aids that I needed to finance for $6590.00 which they were happy to do. I called crying told them I wasn''t in my right mine and I can't afford these hearing aids. Their answer was I signed and my husband was there too.My husband was sick too on meds. and he has the start of dementia only sits there quietly. Called an attorney he said under Michigan Law you have 3 days to change your mind. I call that same day (also went to their website and left basically the same message as in this review), because the pain killers and other meds wore off. We dropped the hearing aids off at the ********** office, **** said not returnable, but we left them there. A few days later they were mailed back to me, I refused sent back. Mail again to me and I refused them. Then they address TO me and FROM me. I sent it back to them TO and FROM them. This is still happening.Every time I get the box back, I start crying my therapist up my meds. Still every time I even think about it I cry and the nightmares at night. I writing this and crying. These folks don't seem to have any compassion for me to cancel the contract.

      We take great pride in our work with the hearing impaired and stride to provide second to none care and service. We are however not a store we provide a comprehensive evaluation and a recomendation upon acceptance of the reccomendation the customer is presented with a sales contract showing make , model , warrranty , price etc. this is therefore a contractual purchase and we will abide by all terms of the purchase contractual agreement.. our obligation post purchase is to address any problem the customer may have whatsoever.

      As it has done for years, Skoric Hearing Aid Center mailed a gift certificate for Beltone hearing aids to the address of my long-dead aunt. Either Skoric is too cheap to purchase a mailing list that's only a few years old, let alone one that's somewhat up to date. Or Skoric has an odd sense of humor: they think it's funny to offer hearing aids to a dead person.

      We are at the mercy of the mailing company and have brought this to their attention , please note we have no contrail over the lists as the mailing company is suppose to scrub the lists regularly omitting deceased persons . Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience .
