      I went to Basha Diagnostics in July 2024 for an MRI and was charged $320 at the time of service. I have since receive a statement that Basha Diagnostics also charged my insurance, for which my portion of the cost should have only been ~$67. I called Basha to obtain a refund but they said their system is down due to cyber attack back in February (before I received their service) and they are unable to tell me when they will be able to apply the payment and provide a refund. It is unbelievable that the company has no problem accepting payments but cannot provide refunds that are due.

Change Healthcare/ OPTUM has been recovering from the Cyber-Attack. The company has approved for us to refund the patient. We offered Mr. ******** to pick up the check, but he asked for the check to be mailed.The check ***** in the amount of $253.32 was mailed to the patient.Sincerely,Basha Diagnostics, P.C.

      This company is by far the worst company to ever get images done at. She had asked me to pay 540 for my images when I have insurance and my insurance deductible wasnt even that high. She had my script in her hand and the script strictly stated I needed CT and X-rays done. When I was in my most vulnerable state on that ct bed half undressed she had the audacity to ask me oh did you still want to get your X-ray done, I didnt notice you needed those done as well like no honey, Im here to dance in front you and leave. Like why else would I go then. Then she had the nerve to ask me to pay an additional 60 dollars. Resulting me to pay 600 in total that day. Then the radiologist also told me ommmmg youre so young to be going through this why are you going through this- why do you stand like that. Why is your posture like that. blah blah blah. Im not going in seeking advice or to be judged or treatment. I just wanted to go in get my imagining done and leave. I went back to the front and filed a complaint against the radiologist and the girl in the front that took additional payment. Then I finally got my EOB in the mail from insurance and my bill was only supposed to be 163. And now Im struggling to get my money back. This place is by far the worst place to ever go. Disrespectful and thieves that dont even play by the books. Nasty service and rude people. NEVER AGAIN
