    We contacted this business to cancel our service at the beginning of August, 2024. They have continued to bill us every month and will not answer us no matter how many times we contact them. I want a full refund for the total amount paid since August.

    April 2021 I reached out to Covenant Eyes in a vulnerable, and sadly desperate state looking for comfort & help. My life was abruptly changed from betrayal. If you're here, then you know that gut wrenching feeling. I first reached out to a private detective who seemed very genuine and comforting. But became pushy for me to send him ***** ASAP. I did my research and it was a scam. Point being, be very careful, people appear to have good intentions may even hide behind religion. But will take advantage as soon as they have the opportunity. In my case, I feel taken advantage of by CE. Their service was to provide proof of any sexual behavior on subjects devices. The service I received did not provide as promised. The screen shots were useless completely blurred out. I purposely searched **** on the subjects phone, and as the *** I received no feed back as if it didn't happen. I uninstalled it which makes it impossible to monitor. Fast forward to September 2022 they've continued to charge me. Billed a total over charge of $297.82. I messaged them. They refused to refund. CE agrees there has not been any monitoring on their end which means I did not use their services but CE refuses to refund the money. They feel they are deserving of a income they did not provide a service for. If your a monitoring company you should know how to notify yourself theres "zero" activity. Unless you choose not to because your raking in the dough at your clients expense. You did not provide me a service for 18months. We have agreed on that. Why would you feel you deserve $297.82. I own a Company and we monitor our clients to make sure they are provided the services promised and as a Company I would never take money when i did not provide a service for and hide behind you should had called to stop the fees. Especially if its an on going issue of unsatisfied clients. Fix the problem and stop robbing people while giving a bad name to christians. I want My Money refunded back $297.82.
