      Purchased two mugs online (3/22/25), both were shattered in shipment, having only been wrapped in one sheet of paper each and no other packing material in the box. I have used the chat bot 3 times (with a photo of the broken mugs) requesting a replacement of the items. No acknowledgment that the company is replacing or refunding the items. I left a one star google review as an alternate avenue seeking a resolution, still no response. The customer service is completely absent.

      Terrible company and terrible customer service. I ordered 4 T-shirts and received only 3. Their customer service consists of a chat bot that either doesn't respond to texts or doesn't fulfill a request. Called them 4 times, they referred me to the bot 4 times, and still no luck getting a refund. Sorry I ordered from them; certainly never will again. They essentially stole $40 from me. Never order anything from this company.

      Ordered a hoodie for my grandson's birthday. Order confirmation stated it would ship on or before Nov 28th. I ordered the hoodie Nov 25th. On Dec 5th, it still hasn't shipped. I called customer service, where the lady I spoke with, spoke so fast I didn't get her name and hardly got a word in and was about to hang up, as she had said have a good day. I said, hey I'm not done with you. I told her what my order confirmation stated and that I needed the shirt with in three days. She then informed me she had sent a message to the vendor, not Rally House, they're just a middle man, and I would receive an email soon. Never got that email. I also informed her that their Chat option wasn't working and she said oh yes it is. Really!?! You Tried it just before you answered the phone? I had tried it twice before calling Customer service and it wasn't working. How dare she argue with a customer. She did finally say she would inform their IT folks. Later I tried to cancel the order and was told I would get a cancellation confirmation. Still waiting for that. Don't order anything from Rally House.

      Rally House advertised the Ohio State University Marching Band with the script Ohio including each instrument. I was surprised to see it available because I was informed the design was no longer licensed but I ordered it anyway thinking it may have been renewed. Upon receiving the garment, the art work was a total travesty of shmeered paint marks, nothing resembling anything but splatter. I was stunned at how horrible it was, didn't unfold it, put it back in the bag and returned it. My purchase cost was $35.37. To use their return label was $7.99. They said the cost of the shirt was $24.99. I've yet to speak with anyone in customer service because they have NO customer service. IF I get anything back it will be $18.23. This place is a sham and if I could post a review on their website I would...but they've made impossible too. What a HORRIBLE company.

      Today is August 6, 2024. On 12/11/23, I ordered a Michigan Wolverines sweatshirt for my grandson for Christmas. It was scheduled to arrive within 7 business days. It did not arrive. I called multiple times in January and then later in March. Each time there seemed to be some reason the shirt did not arrive. The first few calls I made were either not answered or I was rudely told to send an email to customer service. After several more calls, I finally was told that the shirt would come directly to from the manufacturer with in 7 days. Guess what......no shirt. They told me at that time that the shirt would be sent as soon as they had one. It seemed that each time the representatives acted as if I was bothering them and that they had no interest in helping to resolve the problem. I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear in order to get me off the phone. As of today, there is no resolution to this, I spent $83.63 for a nonexistent sweatshirt. I will never purchase anything else from them again.....ever!

      Ordered a product from their web page. They delivered the wrong product.Called their customer service to correct the issue... they sent the wrong product a second time.They refused to initiate a refund until they received the wrong products back.Forced me to call my bank for a charge back.... never shop here.

      Got Christmas gift. Had to return. Got store credit. No problem. BUT THEN....Couldn't find anything I wanted in the store.SO I tried to use credit online THREE times. All THREE times unsuccessful. I've NEVER had so much trouble trying to order something online. Guess I'll have to go to a store. ?? Where everybody stands around talking or doing nothing because they don't know how to do anything else.

      No order confirmation and 3 times I have pending transactions on my account. They can’t fix it, just they will fall off is what I’m told. That’s crap! And the customer service is awful. And extremely rude!!! Do not suggest using them if you can help it

      Scam alert!!! Buyers beware!The significant others of my boyfriends family ordered a cute floral Guardians baseball hat for the grandma as a thank you gift for hosting us for the family reunion. We even upgraded to expedited shipping so it would arrive before we went home (in other states). Instead of the cute hat, we got a Large mens shirt that was dull and cheap looking. We were all so disappointed on the mix up!Customer service took 3 days to respond and their response was unprofessional and unhelpful. I explained the situation and was asked for proof. When I sent over the pictures, they sent a return label. However, I reiterated that I dont have access to the item because it was delivered to another state as a gift. I, again, reminded them that they are elderly and could neither use the internet nor access a printer. Then, they suggested the recipient drive to the store to return it. I told them that would be impossible because they live 3+ hours away to the closest store and are disabled. I closed with, are there any other options? The agent became short with me and said most companies ask you to return for a refund. I reminded them that they sent the wrong item and that I dont have access to it. I requested a supervisor and was given a short response that blew me off. I am frustrated that I paid $50+ for expedited shipping AND for an item that never arrived. I was disappointed that customer service couldnt accommodate a more reasonable remedy to this situation. I would have been happy with a partial refund to cover the expedited shipping. Whats worse, they were unprofessional and rude. A simple professional response would have also been sufficient.
