    1) when they showed up on my porch and gave their speech, thought it was a car salesman selling me a Lamborghini. So, we checked reviews. 2) Tried delivering shingles with 7.5” snow on roof. 3) when the roofers moved shingles from storeage area to work area, they dropped bundles. We had cracks in our kitchen, LR, foyer, main hallway, MBR/MBaR. 4) Threw shingles down on our composite deck/aluminum railing and the cover on our A/C coil; which they gave us money to replace it. Have shingle marks on our front sidewalk, front porch, and deck. 5) instead of putting ladder on sidewalk, put it in flower bed, destroyed 4 plants. 6) ordered Buckskin guttering, they show up with Desert Tan. Talked to foreman-he calls owner- on speaker phone- owner looking at work order “yes it says Buckskin, but I called *** and he says Desert Tan.” Okay, you’re here, Desert Tan matches our trim. 7) work order calls to replace 5 pieces of facia, they replace 7; want me to pay for extra work- NO! 8) said they will fix ceiling to our satisfaction- bring in their contractor- says that he will be able to only fix cracks-knockout- paint- blend- that’s a joke from seeing the shotie job they did on our neighbor’s LR! 11 days later, we hear contractor doesn’t feel good about doing our ceilings because he thinks roofers didn’t cause problems! Really! They destroyed the work we had done in May. They did pay 86% to have our ceilings redone. 9) clean up- probably picked up almost a 5 gal bucket of debris. 9) tell different home owner’s misinformation about the advantages of open/closed valleys. 1O) this company doesn’t deserve a star! Some neighbors are still dealing with stupidity mistakes they made.
