      ******************* and ******************* let me get screwed out of 2k from a dealership. I was told by the branch that I might be able to get out of a loan since I never took possession of the vehicle. That same day *** was going around to all the dealerships and smooshing around with plates of cookies. How do I know, I was told by the branch I went to, that *** was out going around to dealerships and that's why she wasn't in the office, and was smuggly told by the dealership manager about how she was just there and brought them a plate of cookies. I no longer want to do business with a credit union that doesn't put their members first, but makes sure to stay in bed with scummy businesses. Will be moving my money ASAP.

      Horrible bank. They do not take care of their customers I had someone steal $150 from my account and they wouldnt do anything to help me. I have closed my account a moved on to bigger and better bank. EVERWISE *****

      They turned off my ATM card without informing me in any way of intent. I do monthly AHS and savings and checking business with this bank and yet they came up with a reason for this action.

      absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke to a customer service rep by the name of **** and he was unbelievably rude and nasty. They have my money in a savings account and wont help me transfer the money. The online banking isn't working. I paid off my auto loan over a month ago and they wont help me stop the automatic payment. I requested a supervisor to contact me and wanted to file a formal complaint with the cfpb. No one cares and they all ****

      I am always somehow locked out of my account. Their app never works, their site is always down. Trying to get in contact with someone is impossible. I am ready to refinance my loan just to hopefully find a better company to work with!

      Horrible app never works. and customer service can never be contacted. Have waited multiple times for over 30 min and finally hung up. Ever since they have changed from teachers CU it has been so bad. Will be changing credit unions

      God awful. 0 stars. I have been a member for TEN YEARS and they closed my checkings account without even notifing me. I do not understand this company AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! Their app is trash and never works and their phone service is even worse. So hard to get ahold of the person you actually need to speak to. So crazy theyre still open after all these years.

      Absolutely horrible app and online experience. It hardly ever works and constantly says it cannot find my account. Crazy how easy it is to pay every single other bill online or through an app yet Everwise still can't figure it out.

      EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in and with Everwise. They took over Teachers Credit Union, which my elderly parents had been with for years, didnt update their system per the truck payment that was AUTOMATICALLY coming out every month for 5 years with NO PROBLEMS, NO LATE FEES or anything!!!! The truck, after 5yrs of autopayments, was to be paid off in December. Last night, they were woken to Everwise sending a local recovery to repossess their truck!!! The tow truck driver even brought a gun. I took them to the bank the next day, and the MANAGER did not know why they stopped taking payments. We requested that he speak to folks higher than him and they also didnt know why. For 4hrs we tried to come to a resolution, and could not other than to completely pay the truck off, pay the towing company $634 dollars to get their truck back. Now they have to somehow try and recoup the $634 for a truck that they have paid ON TIME religiously for 5yrs!!!!! This NEVER happened with Teachers CU, and NO communication came to them that Everwise was not getting payments and again, they dont know why. The lack of communication, professionalism, knowledge etc was an epic failure here which lead to a VERY stressful day. My parents have another large account at ********************** which they are going to immediately move to another bank and close out with Everwise. Extremely disappointing that elderly people have to deal with this!!!
