      I have never in my life had to work so much to give someone money. My mother was in a car accident and missed a payment due to that. I call to pay them, they throw me to collections without telling me (after calling me back 90mins later) and was told they can't accept Debt payments. Never in my life have I said, "Here is money" and was told no. Seems like they want you to fail. 100% switching banks. Worst Banks Ever.

      Hello. We're certainly sorry to hear about your mother and hope for a swift recovery. Regarding the main reason for your review, we do regret that we were unable to accept the debit card payment. Our payment system for auto loans cannot accept debit card payments six or more days past the payment due date, although we can accept payments from a checking account (via ACH). This would be the same experience whether someone was paying online or whether they called ****** Services to process the payment.That's a pretty generic answer, we know.
