      I had a great experience with the staff and the facility at ***** in ********. The facility was very well maintained and clean. The staff was very responsive to any questions I had and very prompt in answering any questions. I highly recommend the staff and facility. They made my experience a very positive one!! Thank you UStor!! I would definitely use them ago if I need a storage unit in the future!!

      Been with ***** for over 2 years and I've not ever had a problem. They are very helpful and understanding if you have to be late on a payment. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

      Have had a unit there for years, my parents got it decades ago and I "inherited " it. Over the years everyone that has worked there have been wonderful and helpful.

      Office Staff: Professional and friendly. Have always been able to assist me.Storage space always in good shape. Exterior lanes and spaces always clear of any type of debris. Pricing is reasonable for quality of service. I feel more than comfortable storing my items here.

      I would advise customers to not to lease a ********************** unit at this facility. They are quick to charge late fees only allowing 2days to pay for the month. The fees are charged on the third and it is $10. They increase rent every few months due to inflation. No, its actually to maintain their profits because of vacancy. And I have had two units since 2020. For medical purposes I relocated and have not been able to vacate due to dangerous weather conditions and financial hardships. And they have completely taken advantage of it. They will began auction procedure by the 18th day of the current month of late payment. Yet, the online payment system never works correctly. Despite providing me a password, I have never been able to consistently pay online. They have changed/upgraded the computer at least five times during my tenancy and I still can not use it to pay. And lastly, this facility has security issues since there is not an actual security fence but instead an arm /lever gate which does not prevent people from entering the property. Yet this Esters location with this gate charges the highest rent of any location. No, I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

      Could you please email corporate directly so I can look into these issues. From your zip code, it looks like the ********** area but we do not have a location there. There are other items in your letter that make me think you might rent from a different storage company such as our late fee is not added until the 4th and we have not had a rate increase since early 2023.
