No one actually told me they would charge my open credit cards for their fee. They talked me into giving g them my Amex to close and instead charged a fortune to it before closing it, putting me in more debt. No one returns my texts or emails. I am toldthe people I have dealt with do not work there. I still have 3 accents with nothing done after 14 months. The only thing I have isa lien on me from ****. I have been scammed.

I worked for them. I could t keep scamming people, it broke my heart when they kept send 80+ people my way. I stopped caring and soon got fired. Dont give these people your time. No one should have your credit card numbers other than the bank that gave it to you.

I was approached by this company to reduce my credit card debt. I was told during the process I would not have good credit but when it was resolved I would have good credit.I owed ***** on one card and 300 on another card which they insisted I had to use for attorney fees. I wrote down the amount she told me $ 10,300.Now I owe $3600 on one card and they negotiated $7,900 on the other card. This is more than I originally owed and they told me they got me a great deal. When I talked to the girl I spoke to in the beginning who told me my debt would be half or less she called me a liar.If I paid my cards every month I would owe less than what they have supposedly resolved my debt. I have got nothing but bad debt and have to pay back a large sum of money. They are scammers who prey on seniors.

This POS company scammed my already vulnerable elderly parent by scaring the c*** out of her saying her identity was stolen. She called me AFTER the fact that she signed a contract to pay them over $4,000. How does these sick people sleep at night knowing that they took money from someone collecting Social Security after working her whole life away? This is gross and even worse there seems to be no way to get out of it. I hope their families suffer.

Well, they screwed me. Watch what you let them do for you and how they get paid for their services. They taken payment from several accounts and just reduced funds from the account that they added the payment too but did nothing to that account except what they added to that account. For example: you owe $5,000 from an account then they add $4,500 for their services total $9,500. Then they get the account drop the $4,500 and you end up paying the $5,000 in payments. So they did nothing for the party involved. Please beware of this party. ***************************

This business is a fraud. If you are a victim, please hire an attorney to write a notice of revocation. You must revoke the power of attorney in writing. Send it to this company and all of your affected accounts. Also file a complaint against ************************* with the ******* **************** Good Luck!

these guys settled my debt for 30k less than what I owed the banks, it has been nothing but a pleasure working with them, scams are a dime a dozen these days, but FSG is a real company, they do great work, so take the negative reviews with a grain of salt, they tell you UPFRONT your credit score will be impacted, and that there are no refunds because of the legal process.. they are now working on my wifes credit card debt problems, cant say enough good things about them.. SO glad I signed up!!

10/20/23 Rec'd phone call from ***** Services" stating my SSN and cc has been compromised (****** if that is his real name); said I qualify for Freedom Debt Release; transferred to another (**** and then ********* who explained the program; transferred to debt advisor @ Financial Solutions Group **************** day was on the phone for 4 hours. Felt harassed, stressed and frightened by the manipulation I was undergoing. Program is explained - legal fees over $9800.00 charged to my card but added to debt relief amount. I was on phone for a total of 4 hours without a break to think calmly or rationally about this process. It was a total manipulation in a way that took me by surprise. I wanted time to think and was not given this opportunity. The fact that my cc was charged without the final notarized copy is simply wrong on every level. They say they recorded my answers but never been more confused or stressed. Later checked with my cc and found out there was NOT any fraudulent charge made or attempted on my cards. Not only checked on my cards but on SSA and with the police. Apparently, they were familiar with this type of episode. This whole thing was predicated on a lie. I called Financial Solutions to tell them I'm not going to go ahead with this. Was told that I signed the paperwork so they will dispute my cancellation. When I spoke to Trinity to say I called the cc and had the charge removed. She was furious and planned to fight for her money. These folks had to all be working together. Thank goodness I have an officer in the family to let me know this is happening everywhere. Please be careful. I thought I was pretty smart to avoid this nightmare but got caught in the web of deceit.
