      Small businesses beware! Follett does not pay for invoices in a timely manner, in fact we have outstanding invoices of over $50,000 from November of 2022 and on. After numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, only a few emails were returned asking for the same information over and over again. Looking for resolution any way we can.

      Do not accept purchase orders from Follett. They do not pay invoices for products that they have received. Only 1 in 12 contacts at the company responded to my inquiries, and that response also went nowhere. Follett steals from small businesses.

      Small business vendors beware, Follett doesn't pay invoices. Repeated phone calls and emails to resolve outstanding invoices are simply ignored. Very disappointing in today's economy especially with Follett being such a large corporation. To not pay small businesses and yet make money off of their products is noteworthy.
