      I purchased an item before Thanksgiving but have yet to receive it. I contacted the bookstore service team, and they informed me that they had escalated my issue to Follett. However, it has been ****************************************************** resolution.I have repeatedly followed up, but my only information is my Case ID *******. I have no clarity on who to contact next, and the lack of communication has been very disappointing.This experience makes me feel that purchasing items from the school's bookstore is unreliable.

      The customer ********************** team reached out to the store as the package showed delivered but the customer didn't have it. The store replied yesterday saying the package was clearly stolen and the *** site was not allowing them to make a claim for it, so they have refunded the customer.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Merchandise ordered said 4-7 day shipping, it is now day 22 and only get the same automated responses. No one answers the phone.

      I cant believe my college, who I pay $13k in tuition to each year, uses this awful company to fulfill textbook orders. Our university bookstore doesnt even have a direct line anymore - it just connects to Follett, who never has any idea what is going on.Im a distance learning student, and live about 3 1/2 hours from the school. I never had a problem getting my textbooks until Follett started handling them. For the last 2 semesters, Ive gotten sudden emails from the bookstore saying that I have items ready for in person pickup at the bookstore. I cant make a 7 hour round trip to pick up a digital textbook code in an envelope, as I work and go to school full time. I called the (local area code) number listed for the bookstore, and just got a direct line for Follett. I had to explain what school I was from, my order number, and what I needed over and over. They repeatedly told me the items had to be picked up, until finally they transferred me to someone who helped me get my VIRTUAL CODE shipped to me. This entire process took days of going back and forth and waiting for someone to call me back. The saga doesnt end there - the single envelope took over a week to get to me. Again, I only live 3 1/2 hours away. By then, my summer classes had already started and I couldnt afford a delay. I ended up paying out of pocket for the textbook so I wouldnt get behind. So Ive now paid for the book twice over, plus shipping. Just to get a virtual code.Fast forward to this semester, I get another notification that the book is ready for pickup. The person on live chat doesnt have access to help me. I call the customer ********************** number and get Deja *** The rep cant understand me, and repeatedly tells me I have to drive and pick up my books. I tried to spell out my email, and he couldnt get it correct. I hung up and cancelled textbook access through my university. I would rather pay a premium to buy each book myself than deal with this stress. Horrible company.

      I have over $40k owed to my small business from Follett. I've been reaching out to various people - AP, buyers, etc - for 6 weeks plus. I'm getting not information back. Vendors beware.

      This company is THE worst. They pay vendors when they want and act as though it's inconvenient to be paid what you are OWED. They're almost a year late on invoices; this is the second time this has happened. I don't recommend that any small business work with them. I have called and emailed over 30 times and never given a real answer.

      I was recommended this company by my college. It was the biggest mistake, it was absolute rip off. After I completed the order, I called them back to cancel the order. The book showed up a couple days later and I was billed $60.00. I returned the book 3 days later unopened yet they keep billing me $146.69 for a book I do not have. When I mailed the book back to the company, I emailed customer ********************** the tracking information yet they do not have no record of the book being returned. No one at this company knows what they are doing! No one at this company documents any transaction or calls being made by customers. Trust me when I say....."STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"!!

      This school is all about money! I was slated to start program in January and was required to wear a white jacket over my scrubs that they provided. After unfortunate circumstances was not able to begin program. After returning school supplies that were never used, they say it was unauthorized and is now sending me to credit bureau because I refuse to pay money for items that they have! Scammers at best.

      Ordered university clothing for my son's Christmas present. I received someone else's order, clothing from a different university in another state. Received a credit for my original purchase but was told I would have to re-order the items. They also said the items were no longer available at the price I paid so I would have to pay more. Don't understand why the store manage couldn't resubmit my original order?Contacted the other university that I mistakenly received another persons order. I was told to send the items back. I did at my own expense. I asked for reimbursement for the shipping costs and was told I could only receive credit for items at their university store. Why would I purchase items from university that I have no affiliation with, that I've never even heard of?Both these university bookstores failed to resolve the issue put before them.

      If you are a small business, DO NOT do business with Follett. They do not pay their bills. If a University asks you to supply products to them, make sure that Follett is not involved in any way or you will never see your money. I have two invoices that have been overdue for months and am getting nothing but the run around from Follett. I provided all of the paperwork and answered all of their questions and they still refuse to pay the invoices.

      Reached out to customer ********************** several time in regards to them randomly canceling my order. The reason they stated was multiple orders to the same address. How does that make sense. Attempt to reorder one item was also canceled. They would not honor a promo code given at a bookstore. They would not honor a promo code was the actual reason. They would not admit that is the reason. Second cancelation was one one item and order. When talking to customer ********************** the referred me to there processing department. The processing department has not returned call, email, or text. Very poor way to run a business. Especially a college bookstore.
