      Door to door salesman came to my door and did all the slimy, dirty tricks and led me to believe he was from ********** to get me to show him my electric bill and ultimately got me to sign up for this stupid service. I felt it wasn't the right the entire time but didn't listen to my gut. They even came on a SUNDAY, so I wouldn't be able to call their customer service immediately. I am calling first thing tomorrow morning to cancel after seeing complaints of service becoming increasingly more expensive. I am really hoping I can successfully cancel after 3 days.

      Company came to my door claiming to give me better rates on my gas utility. The first two months of my term were lower rates (barely) my gas rate went up 300% for the next two months before I canceled. The guy selling me nordic told me after the intial two months, the variable rate should still be cheaper than DTE. This company is an absolute RIP OFF. My bill through *** over two months would have been $170 total, instead Nordic charged me over $400 for the same service. I wasted SO MUCH MONEY on this sham. Cancel as soon as you sign up. Or dont get them at all.

      They came to my door today and pretended to be from AEP. They said they knew I spent more on my electric the past 2 months and talked me into showing them my bill. I almost signed the contract because they made it sound so simple as if AEP was making a mistake and charging me too much. Then, I realized they were totally switching my electric company. They still tried to deny it for a minute, but then they got mad and left. Do not do business with these shady people!

      Sometime in October 2024, Nordic energy salesman came to my door knocking one afternoon. He said they help customers save on their ********************** bill within 90 days of sign up. They got a look at my NIPSCO bill. Well its been over 90 days and our bill has skyrocketed. I have called and asked to be cancelled immediately but no confirmation was sent to my email and the fact I can still login to my account. We want them off our energy bill as it had pretty much tripled what itd have normally been according to ****** themselves. We want them cancelled immediately and confirmation sent to the email on my account saying its cancelled so that we know our bill isnt gonna be 3x our usual amount anymore. We shall never fall for Nordic energy ever again.

      The salesperson was nice but I completely misunderstood what was going on. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO AGREE TO THIS. YOU CAN SAY NO!!!Based on the reviews I don't want to be in a contract and risk my bill going up. The reviews say it went down for a little while then skyrocketed. I don't need this. It's soliciting .Now I have 10 days to cancel. I hope they respond and cancel this immediately. This should not be happening in *******. C'mon now.

      Despite concerns this was a scam, I was considering using this service to lower my electrical bill and wanted more time to research. But after informing the door-to-door salesperson that I would like to think the offer over before signing, he rudely yelled, Thanks for wasting my f*****g time before storming off. Called my electric supplier afterward to ensure there would be no changes on my account since this man unfortunately ended up with access to my account information.

      They harass and keep calling me after telling them I am not giving them my account information, they bully you with demanding your account info. BEWARE

      I called the company number listed on the internet as ********. Spoke to customer service and had her look up my number, She said that there was no history of my number being called but would put me on the do not call list. I believe this company and who they sell our info to is BS! Do not talk to these **** (if you can understand their broken English), and block them when possible.

      This company harasses me daily. They call and I block, then they use a different name, and I block.They call so many times. They need to stop. They even change the name of the company they are calling from.I have a job, they call while I am at work.I WOULD NEVER do business with a company like this. Stop wasting my time, because I will be wasting yours.
