      Not ***** Agulya email I am receiving copious amount of email from Sears about a repair they did at MY OLD HOME ADDRESS. I called Sears and told them I have not lived at this address for 3 years. Please take my email off of this account.That took about an hour to get through to someone at Sears. Sears assured me that would remove my address linked to this person and old address.I just received another email from. Sears for me to rate their home repair serve.I would like to report Sears and the Customer ***** Aguilya ,******* ** for stealing my email. And falsifying information.Does anyone read anymore, can anyone do their job

      I will never use Sears again, the salesman reported there was a promotion for 0% interest 18 month financing. Due to the pandemic it took my windows a few months to come, so they put the initial payment under the 0% interest but when they installed the windows and took the remaining balance they did not put it under the 0% interest. I called Sears Home Improvement credit card company, they informed me that the Transform would have to change the way they submitted billing in order for the error to be corrected. When I called Transform and select the option for concerns the automated voice system says it's an invalid entry, so number one their automated voice system needs to be fixed, even though it's probably intential to get people to just give up. However, I press the option for interest in obtaining a new service which gets me through to a live person and they then transfer me to the correct department. I explained the situation it escalated to the person over sales, however he reported I did not select the 0% interest promotion but opted to save $1,000. I informed him that was not the case and if so why was their initial charge under the 0% interest promotion? He said he would get back to me and never did, therefore, I left him a vm and still have not heard back. The fact that I ordered my windows in October of 2021 and did they did not come until February **** was frustrating but now to deal with fraudulent sales tactics is very upsetting. Especially since Sears is Transform, and Sears informed me all Transform has to do is to resubmit the correct billing. The entire reason I went with sears is for the promotion of the 0% interest for 18 month promotion, otherwise I would have shopped around for my usual three quotes, which I'm sure would have been less than Transform quote.

      Did not tell us the truth 735 dollars later just for labor and I had a Manufactory warranty and said he had to replace 2 parts that was not cover never told me what the two parts where and tried to call and no one that could speak English and then they would hang up on you they need to do something with these people 735 dollars for labor for a hours worth of work and then used the wrong address so it didnt go though on the card and ask for a check.

      I would like to file a complaint about the poor services rendered concerning my refrigerator. I first put a claim in late February 2022, and they came out . The tech said he was ordering parts and he scheduled the next appointment for April 11th to put all the parts in. Well he came on the 11th but he forgot to order a part so he couldnt complete the repair. He said he would order the last part and scheduled my appointment for May 3rd. I received the email for 5/3/22 and I waited until about 3pm and decided to find out where my tech was. I was told that I didnt have an appointment by chat( message) only because I called 5 times and I could only get a computer on the phone that didnt help at all. The sai we can schedule you for May 11th and I asked if I could get someone sooner since Ive been waiting since February? We will send this to management and they will call you. NO CALL!!! So know Im waiting another week for refrigerator repair. This is the worst service and worst technical service Ive ever been associated with by far. I should receive my upfront service fee refunded??? I have a copy of the email sent for 5/3/22 appointment that was said I didnt have. Management said they would call me back and its been 4 days and no call!!!

      Ordered a replacement belt for a washer on 3/23/22, paid with Discover card. Received TWO belts and later found was charged for two. Requested a *** return authorization and returned one belt. Was notified on 4/14/22 that my refund was processed, at $10 less than my purchase price + tax. It has been 3 weeks and no credit to my card, and after three contacts with chat and "customer service" they are telling me that they want to see my "bank sheets" to verify I have not received it. I reminded them that it was purchased by credit card and should therefore be credited to my credit card, but this doesn't seem to matter. AVOID THIS COMPANY SEARS PARTS DIRECT.
