      Ignoring my calls for last 30mins of day everyday and hanging up on me when trying to request a manager because theyre the only ones that can help me. Extremely unprofessional. Change your hours please so we dont call you and waste your or our time.

      I ordered a certain Color mirror Mint Green for my car and they sent me a Red Mirror. They literally told me since the mirror is not Deffective that I can return the mirror but I have to pay a restocking fee of $26. So I said s**** it. So I installed the mirror and the heat on the the mirror doesn't even work. So the mirror is DEFFECTIVE. So I called back up there and I was treated very rude and they said, since we proceed your return based on the mirror being the wrong color we can't process another return based on the part being Deffective. So I said are you kidding me, you not going to allow me to return this Deffective part and allow me to have my full refund and the lady said correct and hung up on me. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

      Lkq is the worst company that I have ever detail with management there does work with there costumers at all and I have been waiting9 days for my part and had to call 4 different times since it has been sitting in ********** I would not recommend this company to anyone out there they are a scam company and don't work with there costumers on making it right when a problem comes up. It's a crappy way to do business and is not right at all I wouldn't even give them a one star at all I would give them a 0 I order this alternator before Thanksgiving and still don't have it and they are making me wait 8 more days alls I ask is to send me another at the same price

      DONT DO BUSINESSES HERE! Absolutely garbage customer ********************** called about part and the sales *** on the phone tried to upcharge me 100 dollars after telling him his price was wrong he tried gaslighted me that he told me the right price to begin with then hung up on me and stopped answering my calls

      Ordered two rims from this place on two separate occasions. The first time my rim was not at the location when expected. I didnt not complain about that. The second time I ordered a rim, I was unaware there were two locations. No one specified there were two locations NOR did they ask me which location I needed. Went to get my rim and it was delivered to the wrong location. I had to wait as they addressed two men who were trying to inquire about CLEANING THE WAREHOUSE FLOORS, despite that I had arrived minutes before those men. They IGNORED me and tended to these men who were not paying customers. I waited 25 mins for them to even ask me what I needed. It was painfully obvious they did not care for my business. After a ridiculous wait, they finally told me the rim that I had already paid for was at another location. I cannot drive to the location because I have a dangerously low tire, due to bent rim, hence ORDERING THE **** Now no one at the business will answer my calls or return my calls.

      AWFUL CUSTOMER **********************!! I called on 11/19/24 @4:35, spent 25 minutes on hold and it automatically disconnected because they closed. I called back and got sales, who is opened until 6pm and was met with unprofessionalism at its finest. I was told they arent able to do OT anymore and why they shut the phone lines down. Even if you are in queue, tough luck, you have to call back. I called again on 11/20/24 first thing @8:00 am and was yet again met with two separate awful customer ********************** representatives. LKQ charged me to ship a parts from a car I specifically requested due to color. I was told to do so on a phone call prior to ordering BUT was told today that they do not guarantee color and matter of fact the part that I am not getting is 1 mile away from the requested shipping address. I paid an extra $700 to have the parts shipped because of the color of the car ( body parts are what was needed) but instead they are shipping the parts from a mile away now and still charging me the shipping rate from the original location. I couldve picked the parts up to save money and instead Im being charged from my original ordering location. Im more than angry and was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. I asked for a mailing address to file a complaint and was refused to give one. The representative keep brushing me off and told me to visit the website on numerous occasions. I lost my cool and screamed back after being so frustrated and bring provoked. DO NOT ORDER FROM LKQ! You will regret it if you have anything go wrong!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND CHOOSE OTHER REPUTABLE BUSINESSES!!

      They sold me a bad engine and they won't cover the Labor I spend ***** for a rebuild engine from AutoZone which lkq remanufacture for autozone call they self nutech I will never buy a engine from AutoZone no more they are junk I see why now

      This corp actually took money from its commission employees they were paying us wrong we told them they were paying us wrong and they fabricated a lie to continue to steal from theyre employees and then when we found the paperwork stating they were indeed taking our money they said they wouldnt do it anymore. This company also violated my safety rights twice and should be sued. This company cares nothing about its employees or customers and if anybody reading this can help I have witnesses and other people that were involved

      Terrible company. Do not buy from them.By design, they have unclear ordering and shipping policies. I paid $500 to ship a part that then went to the wrong address. I then paid for the return shipping back to them as well. In the end, I paid over $300 for shipping for a part I never received.They admitted on the phone it happens all the time.It is because they designed their ordering and shipping process to be confusing so they can profit from the shipping charges while leaving their customers frustrated. Do not buy from them. You will regret it!

      They billed me for a lighted visor, which I ordered, and sent me a plain one. Customer ********************** had me on hold for half hour. The girl on the phone cracked wise on me when I asked if this call was recorded. She said "Yes, it's because of people like you". I was being calm compared to how mad my customer was at me due to your mistake. Still waiting on the email si I can return it. This outfit should only be used as a last, desperate resort.
