      They were terrible. There was mold growing INSIDE the closet of the apartment on some articles of clothing that weren't detected; we were then told that the mold growing inside the closet does not always go 'airborne' and can't be detected. This apartment was in MAA ********** and the mold was so bad that my daughter was getting sick when in the apartment, especially when inside the master bedroom. Now, we're being told that it will cost us another $325 plus an extra $75 for the physical test for the surface mold. It's a rip off. Total. I would NOT recommend them.

      I'm sorry that your daughter is having health issues and that you were not happy with the service. After reviewing the inspection report it appears that the majority of the closet in question had already been cleared out including the clothes that you say had growth on them. Closets can be one place where mold issues start due to dark, no airflow and organic nutrients available on clothes. We don't doubt that there may have been some growth on the clothes but we are there to evaluate the indoor air quality at the time of the inspection and whether or not it needs professional mold remediation, in this case it did not. It looks like this review was made before we offered to come back out to a different address to swab the clothes at no cost. We were waiting for you to get back to us with a time and never heard anything. That offer is still on the table.

      Was not happy with any of the work done as it was very poorly Inspected. The inspector gave an 18 page report to management at which case he gave his recommendations from beginning to end stating that there was no need for mitigation for mold within my home yet failed to include any lab results in which I had to reach out to the lab myself to retrieve. Although there is no physical mold and no moisture within my walls the levels were 10x higher than the controlled sample he took which was from outside. Out of the top 5 most toxic molds that could be found within your home my house contained 2. The lab provides 20 different Mold variables in which you can test for and he only tested 3. Out of those 3 only 2 were highly toxic but there were several others listed on the lab in which they did not test for. I realize this can be based on whoever's requesting the test however he recommended that nothing be done to mitigate the mold even though my house had extremely high levels and he did not provide any lab results with his 18 page report. Very disappointed do not recommend wasting your money. Learn from me

      As you stated, your management company is the paying client, that is who receives the report and lab results. If you send an email to [email protected] with them on it and they authorize us to review it with you we will be happy to do so. You are misinformed on only testing for certain species of mold. We test for all of those species that are listed. Only species that are present will have qualities listed.

      As a property manager been working with Mold *********************************************** for years. The staff is responsive, professional, and caring. Their services go beyond mold testing.       I had a mold test done in my home by MI&T and the service provided was amazing. I received the lab results within 24 hours after the inspection and ****** provided a detailed verbal explanation of everything that was found. The company made the process extremely easy and he was happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend contacting Quality Mold Testing for your mold related services.

      Amazing service and great quality results! I don't normally take the time to write reviews because of time, but when a company goes out of its way to provide excellent service for a great price.. well I have to. I shopped around for the best prices and these guys just did amazing. They were able to accommodate my request in less than 24 hours as I was doing a refinance. Here is the best part... all of it was done remotely and did not even see them in person. You really have to trust someone to do that and you can trust these guys. BTW I have no affiliation or know these guys from before... just taking the time to write the review so you can shop with confidence and do not waste time looking for other people like I was. I hope this helps!
