      All they want in to have you sign that docusign, then no refund and no cancellation and no customer service. Save your head with staying away from hostaway. ******** ******** ********* and others at hostaway must learn how to do true customer service, which differs from scamming.

      Falsely charged us $380 40 days after we cancelled. They caused problems that still exist in our ****** listings 5 months after we left Hostaway. They also caused problems with the transfer of the website. They will do everything they can to prevent you leaving and they will charge and charge and charge. They will not refund our $380 despite 10 pages of evidence that I submitted to them and to the credit card company.

      This company just started billing our company ***** when I called them they gave me some phony website they were hosting a total scam reported to our bank we have been in business for 18years we never heard of this hostway

      Horrible service, have not responded to a technical request for a long time. Their hosting continues to mark me and my coworkers emails as 550 predicted spam and therefore returns us dozens of emails a day as a return to sender, this happens within our own hosting name. Absolutely horrible, frustrating and bad business. They do not know how to fix it and therefore, just ignore us. Looking forward to switching carriers soon. I would not recommend using hostway.

      After transferring my domain to another company in November, I asked Hostway to close my account. There is no easy way to do this. Hostway did not get back to me for weeks, AFTER they charged me $119 on my credit card for the domain hosting for the upcoming year, a service I tried to cancel! I disputed the charge, and my bank agreed, refunding me the fee. Now Hostway is threatening to send my account to collections, and is ignoring my emails. Horrible company, a rip off.

      Hostway hosted my website and emails and sold me ********* 365 subscription. I took the website to a local host because Hostway technical support was very poor to nonexistent. Discovered that all Office 365 support took over half an hour to get to a tech who really did not speak English and always was exactly zero help. Finally, today I was having a problem adding a new email to the Outlook email client. Since the new email domain (owned by me and my company) had a different domain than the domain that subscribed to Office 365, Hostway refused to provide any assistance with Outlook 365. Called ********* and they said there was no reason I could not have two different domain emails using Outlook as their client. Switched my subscription from Hostway to direct with *********. They migrated my domain emails out of Hostway and onto *********. Total monthly bill with ********* is $50 per month less than Hostway was charging me. Happy to be done with this incompetent company.

      **************** does not have the technical knowledge that is needed for the job. I tried a couple of Live Chats, Phone calls only to be hung up on. Off-Shore CS is the worst. Look at the reviews. They seem to be the same theme. The Executives do not care.
