  We received a letter from State Farm encouraging us to be more proactive in reducing future losses, with an implication that our policy may not be renewed. While we certainly understand the need to mitigate risk, it’s frustrating to receive such a message without any real guidance. We'd genuinely love to know how to prevent events like hail storms or busted pipes—so if there's anything more specific or actionable they can provide, we would appreciate hearing it. Additionally, the letter references two claims totaling approximately $31,000. This seems to reflect a very narrow view of our history with State Farm. We've been loyal clients since the 1990s and have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in premiums into this pyramid scheme over the years. To receive a letter that essentially warns us not to file another claim—without any context or acknowledgment of our long-standing relationship—is frankly disappointing.

  Stalling for 6 months after a hurricane and tornado hit our house and two trees fell. I'm beyond disgusted how they have put us off and have had 6 different adjusters already and the last one told us "I'm booked for 3 weeks and can't even look at your file until then". Would t recommend to anyone at this point and such a disappointment. Not the company it used to be.

  One of there insurers hit me and they tried to force me to use the body shops they recommended. Wouldn’t replace my rim that was damaged. Told the body shop they could have someone to repair it. I don’t want my rim repaired on a brand new car! They also wouldn’t pay the labor for the tri coat to be added which is how my car came! I feel like I’m being penalized because of the car that hit me has crappy insurance. I called them and told them to cancel my claim and I will file it with my insurance. My insurance can fight it out as it has been almost 2 months! Do not recommend State Farm to anyone.

  This company does not deserve a star. The agent was rude. A guy backed into traffic from his driveway hitting our vehicle destroying the side of our vehicle. He also would not call the police and fled the scene. Street traffic has the right away to someone backing out into traffic. He broke more than one law. State Farm will not cover it and says he is not at fault. They are very greedy and rude. I warn everyone to stay away from this company and if you ever have a claim don't expect them to cover your damage. They are A******s.

  Virginia court required a bond to probate an estate less than $50,000 had to use their list of approved providers with State Farm at the top purchased the bond from the agent at G******* ** ** ********** ** and paid for it two weeks ago scheduled meeting with the clerk of court and was told the bonding agent had to be there his office advised he cannot attend because something else came up advised the clerk of court they canceled the appointment hard to believe they have no one else qualified to attend the appointment makes me wonder why they are on the "approved list" proscribed by the court entire process is sketchy and makes one wonder about the "arrangement".

  Worst company ever! I paid premiums for 11 years without a claim, tried to file a claim after significant damage from hail and they wouldn’t cover it. Poor customer service

  State farm is horrible. They are lazy rude and good luck getting your money after an accident. They just take your money They don't pay out. They are absolutely awful..

  Their driver wrecked my car they would not fix my car they trying to blame it on someone else when it was their driver for 11-82R9-85T drunk driver, they won't fix my car this is sad, if you with them you need to find someone else and if you're not with them don't never get with them

  Terrible experience. Car has been in the shop over 1 month They report they have been contacting us with an interpreter - this is false They also were NOT calling the phone number associated with the claim either. Claims agent was extremely rude and not knowledgeable DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

  Don't buy insurance with state farm they are full of Lie's and will not pay you if you get hit by their insured they are the worst insurance company cause Inez J****** is a regulative little girl In her own personal feelings.
