We worked with ******* ******** of Aftermath (ServiceMaster BioClean) from *********** in the clean-up of my brother's condo in ** after his death. I can highly recommend ******* as she made me feel very confident in her services and professionalism throughout the whole process. They did a great job. She also did some special things for me such as filming my brother's condo for me. I would definitely hire them again (though hopefully will not need to do so) and I would ask for ******* to supervise the clean-up.

1 starMy son passed away in his room police said hazardous needed to utilize cleaning company. Hired this company & seemed good response time. Problem 1st emptied entered content of room with exception of *************** Even taking everything out & throwing away. Makes zero sense to leave but empty drawers. Took paint off wall down to sheetrock That was June 8th no one has reached out to me to answer my questions & send signed documents to me...very upset as I realize just how much is gone or missing. Feel took advantage of my state of mind as my son was 35 & I found him unresponsive on his bedroom floor. Terrible to take advantage of someone's ***************Review fromNick W

1 starWorked with ******************* who said she was working with my insurance company. Two parts, the room where my sister passed, and the rest of the house. She contacted me the next day and said my insurance company had ok'd the clean up of the initial room. Next day she contacted me and said that my insurance had ok'd the clean up of the entire house. Sent me a contract for 37K and that I just needed to sign it for them to get started. Due to other damage on the house I had to call my insurance company. When I inquired about Aftermath and the approved claim I was told that my insurance company had never heard from them and they had no record/ or idea what I was talking about. I called her back and asked what was going on. Told her that my insurance company had never heard from them. I requested any documentation/communications that they had from my insurance company that the cleanup was approved. At this point she became quiet and said I should probably talk to her boss. Then her story changed that the ok was not from my insurance company but that Aftermaths internal adjustors had approved the dollar amount for clean up. So basically the whole time she had out and out lied to me. This was just a scam to get me to sign the contract. Then *********************: Manager, started calling me and was falling all over himself saying he would help me in anyway that he could. I asked why their estimators would lie to customers about the process and the most I could get out of him was that this was concerning. In talking to the local corner they had no idea but that Aftermath spent a lot of time at the corners office to get in good with them to drum up business. In contacting three other companies I mentioned that another company had tried to SCAM me. I hadn't even named names, but all three immediately said, "Oh, your talking about Aftermath" Everyone knew about this without me having to finger them! It's a shame to have a company take advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable.Review fromCaroline H

5 starsThe services provided by ******* and ******* of Aftermath gave our family immeasurable relief during our traumatic event. From my initial phone call to the completion of services, every person was kind and professional. They took the time to clearly explain what to expect at every stage of the process. They completed the cleanup service efficiently, thoroughly, and respectfully. I second the comments made by ******************: It's good to know that these services are available. They also price matched, which was greatly appreciated.
