After less than 3 months I have a visible seam line in my living room carpet. Have contacted them twice. Not at all happy with their customer service.

I hired 50 floor to install vinyl flooring in 2019 and after only 2 years the flooring started separating in a few spots and now after myself and my granddaughter cutting our feet and after multiple attempts over the past 5 years and after spending almost $10,000 dollars and now the entire flooring coming up everywhere.The only thing I've been able to get out of 50 floors is we can have someone come look but we are going to charge you for that service. The only thing I have ever wanted is 50 floor to make this right. Nothing more and they refuse!!!!! I also sent pictures and they still refuse50 Floor

I had a great experience. The sales *** came to my home and the process was simple. They were able to accommodate a last minute change I made and the final product was better than I expected, since I selected a product using only online photos and photos provided by text by the sales ***. 50 Floor did a great job on replacing my homes hallway floors. They have a great variety of flooring and their pricing is very competitive, but their customer service is their best asset! You wont be disappointed.50 Floor

I would not recommend 50 floor to do a out house.The guys could not speak or understand english ,well one of them speak a little but not understand it. I ask them 3 times that i wanted to keep old carpet and they cut it up,,,so you really want to know what i think about 50 floors50 Floor

The floor is beautiful and the young man who put it in for us cleaned up nicely. However, the work is not finished and we have been promised every day for almost a week that they would be here to finish. DO NOT PAY THEM until EVERYTHING is done. They have our money and now we have an almost finished floor.50 Floor

Sales representative ***** **** and her team handled every aspect of our new floors professionally. It is not often that you find a Company that does everything they claim to do. The communications from every person involved was clear keeping us informed as the process developed. Our new flooring was installed with care and detail with the trim cutting to finish it off. Great Company to deal with.50 Floor
