The Roswell, GA ******* booted our car unlawfully and damaged the car in the process. Then they ignored the calls from the property manager. They should be put out of business.

My family came in ********* went to ****************. I paid ***** for 3 hour parking. Got there at 10: 15pm we until 12:15am. We finished our food and made it bk to the car by 11:25pm. Found the boot and we wr upset. Because we had just paid the parking fee. Not only were we booted we also had to argue with the man about us NOT paying $75 to release the boot. Which is EXTORTION!! After someone is constantly telling you, you had to pay $75 to take the boot off, yelling calling you names at that point its HARRASSMENT! This is a company full of THIEVES and I HONESTLY THINK THE CITY OF **************** HAS ALOT TO DO WITH IT. 1. They dont come when u call them AT ALL. 2. ************ is still in business after millions of complaints since 2021 or before.

Hungry for a slice, so I stopped in at ************ in ******* at 7th and *********. Got out of my car, walked across the street and paid for an hour at the meter parking thing. Walked into *****'s, sat down, had a slice, watched a little tv and then walked back out to my car only to find that my car had been booted. Called the number right away, got the guy on the phone, told him that I paid for parking and that I had a receipt. He said that he was nearby and that he would be right there. Once he showed up, I showed him my receipt and he told me that I paid on the "wrong," side of the street. That since I was on "this side," of the street, that I had to pay to be on "this side," of the street. I asked why is that? He said, because the side of the street that I was on, was the "private, retail side," and that the other side was simply just the public side. I told him that the "other side," was retail as well, because there were retail stores on both sides. So what makes one side private and the other side public? "The owner of the each of the buildings," he said. Then I replied, that there is NO SIGN informing me, that if I park on "this side," that I have to pay on "this side," and if I park on "that side," then I have to pay on "that side." He then told me to call the number, then press extension #*** and ask for *******. So I did, and when I did, it went straight to voice mail for a person called *******. He said try again. So I did, and again it went straight to voice mail for a person called *******. He then said that ******* takes the messages and then gives them to *******. I then said, fine, I pay your ticket, but I am using my AMEX card, and once you leave, then I am calling AMEX to dispute the charge. He said good luck with that. So I paid. He removed the boot, and then I called AMEX - told them everything and they said "No problem. Don't you worry about a thing." This is not the end. I plan to take further legal action against A.B.S. ****

My daughter is college student at *****************************. She resides in ***********************. I paid $300 for her to park there this semester, which is already a lot for a college student but I sacrificed and did it. Well a couple of weeks ago, my daughter called me crying because her car had a boot on it even though she had the Yugo sticker in her car window. I spoke with a man on the phone who told me what it appears they tell everyone. He told me that I had to pay before they could remove the boot but I could dispute it afterwards. Well I sent in my dispute along with receipts and just like I thought, they would not refund my money. They told me that my daughter had to have the sticker attached to her car or some BS. If I sent a receipt and she had proof of the sticker, why was she booted? I already reported this fraudulent company to my bank. They advised me that the scheme is to tell people to pay and dispute later, which is what I thought. They are nothing but crooks and bullies. My daughter was not the only car illegally booted. Something definitely needs to be done and I am not going to stop until it is. I may call the news next.

We were wrongfully booted tonight. This is enraging and this business should be shut down. We paid, they booted us anyhow, and now we have to go through a process to get our $75 dollars back. This company is corrupt.
