      Bay Tree Solutions contact me around the beginning of 2024 stating they would be able to sale my Timeshare for a fee. They stated they would keep Advertising my TimeShare until it sold. I signed up with them in February 2024. I contact around June-July 2024 to see how the sale was going. Their response was, do you want to lower your price, not that they had an offers and to lower my price. I tried again in January, trying to give them time. But when I called, the number was disconnected and the website was not there. I tried all phone numbers with the same results. This company took my money and left. Im afraid they may change their name and try this SCAM again. Im afraid to trust any company now. I Need LEGITIMATE Help.

      Do not give this company a dime!! We invested $1600 for them to sell our timeshare about a year ago. About 5 months ago we tried to reach out viral email, cell phone of the representative, and two business phones for an update. The phones have all apparently been disconnected and the emails remain unanswered. Have we been scammed??!!??

      They were not helpful at all took my money, and if they can't help you, too bad your loss, and you have no way of knowing if they even tried to sell it.

      I used this service and its been a year with no contact about seeking my timeshare. I tried call the numbers they gave me and they are all dead.

      *****..*****..*****.. I periodically have been receiving correspondence from *** asking if I was interested in selling my timeshare. I responded in July 2024. The person I spoke with, ****** ******* (if that is his real name), appeared to be invested in helping me out of my contract and sounded legitimate. He said his website appears first whenever the timeshare name is entered and explained how much more advantageous it would be for a potential buyer to purchase through them vs through the ********* agency itself. He informed me that there would be a $1600 advertising fee for a 90 day period after which time the company would continue to advertise it free until it was sold. I fell for the ***** It is now 5 months later. I called a month or two into it to inquire about the status or if I should lower my price and was told I would be contacted if there was any progress. Not only haven't I heard from them to date but the phone numbers have all been disconnected and I am unable to contact them at all now. Please DO NOT fall for this SCAM as I did. He was a smooth talker with his pitch but it was very deceptive and dishonest. What goes around comes around and if I could give BTS a zero, I would.

      Bay Tree is a scam.We listed our timeshare with them a while ago, paid money up front. After several months I requested our property to be taken off their site, they agreed and promised to pay us back about half the fee. Shortly after returning the paperwork to get this done was returned, they went off the radar. Phone disconnected; no emails are returned.When will the ************************ open an investigation and hold them accountable???

      We listed our property in January of 2021. I have tried reaching out to lower the price, and all of the phone numbers appear to be disconnected! I know Timeshares are hard to sell, but we have not gotten the promised service from Bay Tree Solutions.

      Hey I've been trying to reach someone. Unfortunately the phone number listed on your website says it is not in service. I've tried faxing too. How can I reach someone?We have a property listed for sale (August 2024) and I've tried calling the different numbers I have. I would really like to talk to someone concerning our property. What is the best number for me to call?

      I contracted this company to sale my Timeshare in January of 2020. I paid them up front an amount of over $1200. I had to reach out to them several times just for updates. I left a review sometime last year on their site, shortly thereafter words I received a call from one of the managers in regard to my review asking me to review the review and that they would continue to attempt to get my timeshare sold or they could reimburse me in the amount of $400. I wasn't interested in the money I just wanted the Timeshare Sold. There was no communication made on their behalf. I finally contracted different company to buy the ********* this November 2024. I tried to contact Bay Tree Solutions to inform them that I found another company to purchase the ********* and to seek reimbursement from them for not honoring the contract. I called several times last week and kept getting a recording stating that the mailbox was full and couldn't receive any messages. I attempted to contact them again today, November 12th, 2024, just to find out that the number has been disconnected, even the alternate number is no longer in service. I feel defeated and ripped off. I'm truly disappointed with this situation, especially after being so patient with with.
