      I paid Bay Tree Solutions to sell my time share, they have never done anything to sell it, have been rude when I have called to ask them about it and now seem to have gone Bankrupt. They are not returning calls or emails !!! This business has been a scam !!!!

      Spent $1600 dollars for them to assist/sell our timeshare. Now we cannot contact them since 2024.

      Hi ********* paid Baytree solutions, charged me $1200 in Nov 2023 and they havent sold my time share yet and they dont provide any updates, website and the phone number are not working! If these have scammed people like us, most ****** reviews are now saying this, how are these people still able to run such companies, kindly look into this and take action immediately and help us!       I paid Baytree Solutionss ******* on 4-23/23 to sell my timeshare, since they dont respond to emails and all the links and phone numbers say no longer available so Im believing this to be a scam.

      On June 15, 2024, Bay Tree Solutions contacted us because we no longer had use for our timeshare with Vacation Village Resorts and wanted to exit this timeshare. ******** was to advertise the timeshare on their website until it was sold at the price we agreed upon. We paid a one-time fee of $1200. I called several times to obtain the status of the sales because I heard nothing from them. The first time I called I got a voice mail, so I left a message. No one responded. I called again a week later, and I received a message "code791 Not in Service". I called every number listed on the paperwork to no avail. I went online and placed a status inquiry, but no response. As I tried to find the website and could not find it. I want my money back in full. I know that they resale these timeshares all the time. We made several attempts to access a website to no avail. Picture attached to the website response. They have not responded nor given us an update as to the status of this resale. NOTHING!!!!! Then when I start investigating, I see all these different phone numbers and addresses so something is not right. This needs to be investigated. It seems fraudulent.

      I paid Bay Tree Solutions $1200 to sell my time share. I was told ******** would refund my fee in full. I have tried every phone number I have and no number is in service

      We signed a contract on august 8, **************************** selling our timeshare. They did show us an ad they would run but apparently that is all they have done and we have not been able to contact them by phone or email. We checked the BBB before dealing with them and there were no problems noted. Since then you have changed their rating to NR. Do I have any recourse for getting my money back?

      After paying the fee, both phone numbers for the business have been disconnected, email inquiries have not been responded to, and the company website no longer works.

      We paid this business to advertise and sell our timeshare, a few months after paying them $1200 via AAA **** credit card their phone was disconnected and there is no way to get in touch with them.
