      We deserve an apology I brought tickets online at ********************* in **. To see Sinners at 7pm no movie showed at 7:30 I decided to find out way the movie hasnt showed. They Canceled the movie and no one said a word if scanned my phone at 7:00 .How inconsiderate and to top everything off. A Police Officer came in to tell us the movie hasnt showed been canceled. I dont understand. And I was offered a refund. And thats it . Ive been a member for many years and this is very disappointing. Im requesting a free movie tickets and apology

      Been trying to get reimbursed for over a month for 2 tickets I should not have had to purchase since I am a member of the *** Club that allows 3 free rickets a week. **************** is a joke. Takes them dayssss to respond and they wont even send me a password reset to cancel so they are taking money from me every month and wont give me my 3 tickets. They havr to be in a financial bind to not be able to refund me. CROOKS!
