      Tried to order a hard cider from a brewery in **. Delivery was scheduled for when I was supposed to be at work. After they failed to follow instructions and send it to my apartment office, I spent 10 dollars to have it sent to a UPS store so I could pick it up after work. After arriving at said store, I was informed that they rejected my package because it has alcohol. Never did it say that this would happen. Spent another 10 dollars to change the date for a Monday when I would be off. After spending an hour and a half battling the stupid robot on the phone was able to talk to someone, where they assured me my package would be delivered when I requested it. After waiting around all Monday, they changed their minds and wanted to deliver it today. After taking off work just so I could receive this package, I was informed it's being returned to sender. I hope the worst for this company and nothing would bring me more pleasure than to see UPS go bankrupt.

      So as of 944 on the 4/21/2025 I have not receive my package that is for signature to receive. The status is still in w. Columbia, sc and I am in ********, sc. but the thing is I have to call tmobile for them to get in contact with a person at ups and that is after ups hung up on them the first attempt. So now I have to what another day to get my package and waste time from work to be home to get the package. When it was already planned on today. Now ups is suppose to be all about logistics. But they keep messing up the little things like updating the system and communication.

      UPS is the absolute worst. My medical supplier sent a package last week. I was tracking it and it arrived in ********** (near my home) on Thursday 4/17/25 early morning. It was supposed to be delivered the same day, but they failed. Same story on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today (Monday). I have called them several times, and when I was finally able to get hold of a human, they could not locate the package and asked me to contact the shipper to initiate an investigation. Their incompetence has put me in a medical emergency situation. I have asked my supplier to never use UPS again.

      I swear my driver is the most laziest delivery driver. Signed up for my Choice with ups and yet havent had a package delivered to the right location. Lets just leave the package in plain sight where the whole world can see. Mind you some packages arent worth a whole lot, but if they cant follow their own rules why bother. ***** delivers to the door without being told to, why do I need to tell a company how to do their job. UPS is getting to the same level as **** completely worthless in my opinion.

      I had a package that was supposed to get to me a few days ago. It keeps getting sent back to the sender because, according to the tracking updates, the address was wrong. I spoke to support, and they confirmed the address was correct and said the real reason my package keeps getting sent back is because, according to the delivery driver, I moved. I most certainly did not move, and do not know why the driver would say this, or how the driver would have that information in the first place. I asked support if the driver has access to such information, and the support person refused to answer the question. Additionally, the tracking info says my package is being resent to me and will be here in a few days, but the support person said it's getting sent back to the sender, and I need to contact the sender to resolve the issue; UPS can't do anything. So I am getting conflicting information from UPS tracking and UPS support. Support was very unhelpful in solving my issue or answering my questions. Further, I am concerned that delivery drivers either have access to personal information they should not, or they are lying in their notes for some reason. Either way, there is something not right with UPS.

      Thank you to the UPS driver who helped me get rid of a snake (that he ran over with his truck) off my drive way. I was debating about running over it myself, but couldn't being myself to do it. When I pointed out the snake, he asked for a shovel and he made sure it was moved into the ***** so my dog wouldn't be able to get to it. Snakes totally freak me out! This UPS driver ROCKED today! Thank you so much!! Oh and my package was delivered just fine thank you!

      how can my package be out for delivery and it says, on the truck for delivery, at 9.30am, and this is the next day, and still NO package!will never use UPS for anything, stay with ****** atleast you can count on them.

      I avoid ordering from anywhere unless they ship Canada Post. Or I buy from ****** as they have the ONLY reliable shipping. Well I ordered from Chapters and was shown Canada Post shipping which changed later to UPS = and I knew I'd have a problem as I've had he last 3 times I've been the victim of this garbage "delivery" company. Becaiuse they SIMPLY DO NOT DELIVER TO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN ONE OF THEIR LOCAL PICK UP CENTRE! There's the lie of "attempted delivery" Well, UPS liars - I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND RESTRICTED TO MY 3RD FLOOR APARTMENT. NO DELIVERY ATTMEMPT WAS MADE!!!!!!!!!!! So noq I will have to CRAWL DOWN 3 FLIGHTA OF F****** STAIRS WITH A WHEELCHAIR TO TRAVEL 4 BLOOCKS IN THE WHEELCHAIR TO GET MY PACKAGE!!!!!! THEN GO 4 BLOCKS BACK HOME THEN UO 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH THE WHEELCHAIR!!!!!!! THANKS UPS! Is there a bigger racket than delivery companies? UPS is one of the worsat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Received shipped confirmation from sender w estimated delivery date. Find that a driver called past 9pm day prior. (missed at past 9pm as a "spam" call.) left no notification. So be delivered the next day by "UPS" within a two hr time window (which was not followed the day prior. with that waited all day now 3 hrs past the time window. Call UPS several attempts to get to a live ***resentative. I am told two options: 1) Can go to **************************, am to provide tracking nr and will get an update when driver enters street or neighborhood. UPS *** cannot define what this means and see no such option. (only have Unforeseen events or delays, Shipment is delivered, One-time status update right now:Alternatively, 2) recipient can set up my choice to see tracking details. Recipient does that. But there are no additional helpful details as to when to expect delivery

      I shipped a $1100 speaker through them. I paid the store to pack the speaker and I insured it. the shipper messed my speaker up by not properly packing it so it arrived to the location damaged. The buyer received the speaker and asked for a refund which I gave him. I call the store and the owner knows it was their fault and starts a case for me. The buyer has the speaker and asked to ship it back and I was going to let him but UPS said if I did it would void the case. So he has the speaker and I talk to the corporate offices and they asked for pictures of the speaker damage along with price of the speaker. I dont have possession of the speaker so I have to get the buyer to send me pictures. He does so but its an inconvenience to him. I send the damage pictures to them and then they say that I need to get quotes for the repair. I dont have the speaker and I cant get it shipped back or it voids my warranty. The buyer has no reason to help me. I sent the pics of the damage to repair shops and all of them say that they need to see the speaker in person to assess the repairs and wont give me quotes. This has been months. I think I sold the speaker in November of 2024 and its the middle of April of 2025 and no resolve. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Dont ship from here.
