2022 I booked for 2 sessions for coo sculpting that cost 1700 dollars I ended up getting pregnant in the same year so I couldnt use my sessions just yet. I ended up calling them four different times for them just to say they will call me back and never do I just called for the fifth time today and they said that I have no account with $1700 in it but I do have another account with just $15 in it. She transferred me to the Manager Maryland just for ******* to say that I had to use it in the same year so they forfeit the account that had $1700 in it mind you they still had an account from 2022 that had $15 in it so why is that account still there but not the $1700? They are theirs and took my hard earning money!Ideal Image

I have been a customer for 5 years. Every time I go in, the staff is very friendly. I went in for a touch up today and planned on purchasing a package for 5 more areas on my body. I was just informed that corporate is changing the touch up prices from 40 for full face to 100 per area on my face. Not 100 per face but 100 for chin, 100 for side burns and 100 for the upper lip. I decided against purchasing the almost 4k package because of the touch up price hike. This is terrible business and I feel cheated. When I purchased the package for my face, the selling point was the touch up price. This is bad for business.Ideal Image

Stay away from this company. When i called in march to get information on they're services i was talked into a ultherapy for my neck and face. I could not get an appt until may. I gave them my credit card expecting there b a hold on my account. But they charged me in full $2,400. for a service 2 months before the service was scheduled. When i called corporate to inquire about the charge i was told thats how "they do things" i told them i didnt agree w the way they "did things" and wanted a refund. they told me they do not give refunds. I am shocked. They will not refund me my money. My bank is working on getting me my money back. This place is a scam. Stay awayIdeal Image

Worst place ever, they were very rude and told me on a skype interview that I would receive the contract in my email to look over. I waited by never received it. I'm disabled and can't get out most days. So when I saw my bank account being debited over 50.00 dollars every month while never receiving a contract to look over is causing an extreme amount of anxiety. I called the local office they told me since I never received a contract nor have I used any of there services that she couldn't help but would send me to corporate. Corporate was extremely rude and explained I had 3 days to cancel however I never received my contract and didn't know they had locked me into an agreement by lying to me. I was told by corporate that only what is in writing matters not what I was told verbally. WOW! What a terrible company. They lie and cheat you and even if you've not used any service or even know that you had a contract they refused to give money back to patient fi. Patient Fi, was very understanding but couldn't help because ideal image had taken the money. They then refused to give me the supposed taped interview that shows they said things that they knew was incorrect then hide behind that what I was told didn't count because it wasn't in writing. I have been paying all this money and been hospitalized from the extreme anxiety they have cause me. Corporate was mean, nasty and not helpful. They even told me that when I get an attorney they will refuse to give them the taped interview, that it was theirs, the owner it and would not supply me or my attorney with the proof I need to get my money back. RUN DON'T WALK! In order to post my review I had to put a star but I would give negative stars if I could.

1 starAbsolutely Awful Business, They sold my fianc on 2k worth of hair removal(financed out of ~1.5 years), 3 business days later they declined to refund my fianc. Apparently their refund policy was 72 hours, so they kept her money and we are seeking legal representation to try to get her money back. They took a $400 down payment that they will not refund. They did not send a copy of the contract she signed until we threatened legal action, the add that my fiance scheduledher consultationthrough avoided the website that would have shown her the policy. We are looking for any help to possibly get any of our money back. She lost her source of income and we now are in a really tight financialsituationReview fromHolly H

This was the absolute worst company I have worked with in my life. I have been lied to. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do the COOL SCULPTING! Do whatever you can to avoid them! I am not kidding. I signed a contract and the lady lied to me in the office. She told me that if they were not able to fix the fat loss, the company would pay for lipo-suction. After they did the cool sculpting procedure, they said that the fat would melt away, within 8 weeks. As I left, someone in the office said, make sure to eat healthy and your results will be better. Beyond that, there was not really any instructions about eating healthy. The biggest complaint that I had was that I didn't feel comfortable coming back in, to get the procedure done. When they called me to reschedule, I told them clearly that "NO, I was not interested in doing it again, and that I would like to have an account credit of some kind. I did not use all of the credit. I am still paying on account. The first manager never called me back even though she said I would be contacted. The new manager seemed to be really nice, and I figured she would make it right. She informed me today that she could not even extend an account credit for the unused portion. Yeah, you heard that right. She said my contract expired, so they don't have to provide the service. This was just barely over a year ago. They did not make hardly any effort to do anything to fix it or make sure I was satisfied or getting what i paid. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY COMPANY. PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM. If you want a cosmetic procedure, I would recommend you go somewhere where they care about you and not just about their money. I am still in total and complete shock at how incredibly ripped off I feel right! PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I have never felt so ripped off by a company and still had to pay a bill for a service that I didn't even receive. THEIR CONCERN ABOUT PEOPLE IS ZERO!!!

Beware of dishonest business practices. I signed a contract in 2023 that clearly stated touch-up sessions for hair removal would be $40 each. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was suddenly told the price had increased to $70 at 75% increase per session, with no prior notice. When I asked about the change, both the associate and manager claimed that corporate had raised prices. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would give this place zero stars if I can. You can find better places out there. I am glad I have stopped going there months ago. 6 months later, I saw a charge on my account without any warning that they were going to charge me for the monthly subscription ( which I regret not cancelling it sooner) They have been billing me for 2 months now and I have reached out to their "manager" ****** and said she was going to take care of it. I have filed multiple disputes with my bank regarding these transactions. They dont care about their clients. Have sent them multiple emails and left multiple voicemails but no one has reached out to me. I dont see why they cant because I am for sure theyre not that busy, with this kind of customer service I can tell their days are numbered. Save your self the trouble I am in right now. Dont come to this place!!!!!!! They are SCAMMERS! 4 months down the road I am still dealing with transaction disputes w/ these scammers because they wont refund me for the service they didnt provide.
