    I have had a very negative reaction in my dealing with this company. Last week its representative, ********* ****** sold me a new computer, for which I paid $2,177, to replace my existing computer. However, he failed to connect the new computer to my scanner/printer, and when that was discovered by me he agreed to come back this next Monday to do the connection. However, yesterday I also discovered that, unlike all of my prior computers, my new computer did not have any sound system or speakers, a fact which Mr. ****** did not disclose to me when he installed that computer. Since I utilize my computer for material business transactions that missing feature renders the computer absolutely inadequate. Mr. ****** failed to advise me that--for some unknown reason--he had installed a new computer which lacked a sound system/speaker. Yesterday I sent him several emails disclosing that fact, telling him that the lack of a sound system/speakers renders the new computer is unacceptable to me, and that when he comes on Monday he should return and re-install my old computer. I had no response from Mr. ****** whatsoever. I just called Mr. ****** on the telephone to ascertain whether he had received my emails. Mr. ****** was rude, aggressive and extremely unpleasant and stated that he resented my telephoning him on a Saturday. I seriously doubt that he will comply with my request to replace my old computer with the built-in sound system/speakers on Monday, but his rudeness, aggressiveness and unpleasantness was very disturbing.
