****** was a fantastic tech. On time, determined to fix all issues. Came when they said they would, same day appt. Polite, respectful.Crazy Windows Update trashed all files, docs, photos, he restored to proper places. He gave me tips for the future. The gentleman I spoke with was very patient and helpful. I am a senior citizen and even though I told him it would take me along time to follow his instructions he was determined to help me figure it out.
