      I used this company in N.C. and they are a ****. They send whoever they can, most do not get paid on a regular basis. The ones they send are not knowledgeable of the issues and are not even aware of what they are there to fix. I had a problem with my printer canceling the command to print and would have to restart the printer to continue. Then the printer started printing red lines down the page, if it was on color mode. It was not a cartridge issue Becasue it happened with new or old cartridge. The tech came and spent the better part of the time on the phone getting advice from a friend.- whom I presume was not part of the company. They concluded that it was the print fuser. However, the part of the machine that was putting the red ink on the page was not to be replaced. The company ordered the part with my credit card. IT costs almost 600.00. The same fuser at Office Depot would run about 390.00. Paying the 40 dollar service call fee, plus the initial 132.00 and then after the first hour., it becomes like 30 bucks for every 15 minutes- the visit very quickly adds up. Well the part finally came 5 days later and a new tech came out to install. They thought they were there to hook up a printer and discovered they were there to install a part. They worked 2 hours putting the part in and after they installed, the printer no longer worked. The engine of the printer would not communicate with he machine. They called in and was told to leave , that the company really didn't really fix commercial machines. that was $950 later. The last tech tech who came thought they were there to install a printer. They were actually there to install a fuser in the printer and did not know what they were doing. It took them 2 hours to install it and once they did, the engine of the printer would no longer communicate with it. The tech called in and was told they could leave, basically dropping the ball on the consumer. As i heard the conversation over the speaker, they told the

      Thank you BBB for sharing my review on Geeks-On-Site. They did help us. Our computer is seven years old now, a Windows Ten Program. We are on a fixed income as many of us seniors are, and can't afford an updated new computer at this time, so we continued to put a "band-aid" on it. Geeks-On-Site was our Band-Aid.       The Geeks on Site representative arrived at my home on time. The representative was immaculately groomed, professional and polite. He introduced himself, presented his identification, and then asked if he could enter. He stated that he wanted to take a few moments and understand exactly what challenges I was experiencing with my computer. I was under the impression that I would need a new computer. The Geeks On Site technician spread a large plastic drop cloth on the floor, disassembled the computer, air brushed / cleaned the internal parts and opened the air intake. Once put back together my $1,600.00 computer operated like new. I will be a permanent customer of **********************. You cannot improve on expert knowledge, terrific customer service, and focused problem solving all done by a totally professional technician.
