      Every step of our move went as planned. Definitely would use again if I ever move. Price about half of moving company, including movers we connected with for packing and unloading

      Great delivery and pickup. Couldn't schedule a pic up and ended up paying for the next month. Pay attention to that. Make sure you plan accordingly and schedule pickup even if you aren't fully out of it.

      Overall, we had a good experience with PODS and would recommend them to others. Our only complaint is the gentleman who dropped them off was very rude and unfriendly. Fortunately, when our PODS were moved and picked up the person we got was very nice and very friendly, it was a much better experience. We're grateful for this service as it helped us during a two-month long home renovation.

      I will not be using PODS again. My delivery date of my POD was changed without notifying me or having me approve the date. I had already confirmed the original delivery date and was waiting for the three hour window. I was driving twelve hours straight to meet the POD in order to be there for my scheduled unload team. I happen to log in and noticed my delivery date was changed and I was not notified or asked. I was furious. I had to find a new unload team and reschedule hours at my new job. The customer service person I was working with said there was nothing they could do as they did not manage the local companies who deliver and pickup the PODS and this change was initiated by them. I told them to get it scheduled back as it was and had the email for my confirmation of original date. The rep said he couldn't and the only available option was three days later than my original delivery date. Completely unacceptable.

      Racket. Kept changing rates. schedulers kept making mistakes. Telephone were all ESL. Never again.

      Not a good experience. The initial driver didn't read the instructions I took pains to get documented, resulting in a very awkward loading effort. And at the other end, the driver abruptly changed the date for pickup despite the fact that we were not allowed to leave the *** at the business parking lot for more than 1 day. The *** itself was okay, although the 12 foot units, which would have been the perfect size, are not available for long distance moves. It was the poor communication that turned an "okay" experience into something really bad.

      The lock ordered was not received. I had to purchase another lock. Besides that both drivers from the initial delivery and end delivery were excellent. Did not have any issues with the items shipped.

      My experience was great. They were punctual and very professional.They showed me how to use the lock and some tips about tying down my belongings. They dropped of the container when scheduled and picked it back up when scheduled, at both cities.I would definitely use them again.Thank you.
