      By far the worst storage company in the whole United States. There fees are misleading. They utilize a price quote platform on there website that is grossly inaccurate. They specifically ask for pick up and drop addresses for a POD rental, that generates a price quote. Only to realize, that everything else is a La carte. Pick up pod a charge, drop off pod a charge, move POD a charge, etc. it's a joke. Why ask for these addresses if really what you're charging is solely for the POD itself? In addition, you call to discuss the matter and clarify details of the initial transaction, only for that employee to not disclose the hidden charges and inputs wrong pick up/drop off date, causing my POD to not be delivered as requested. They pick up my POD from the original address, as I wait for them to drop off same day at the new address. They no show. I waited for several hours for them to arrive. I call customer service, wait 30 minutes for someone to answer when they do, literally are incapable of understanding my many concerns. I am told "They put my POD in storage for 3 days." Never did I request storage. I ask for my POD to be delivered as requested, her response is "no, they are unable.." I ask for a manager to call me back. They never call me back. Call again, same thing, wait on hold forever, when someone finally answers, you're hopeful they can resolve the issues and explain charges. Guess what, they are USELESS. They merely take your info and submit a "ticket " then you have to wait allegedly for someone to call you back. Which never happens. This is the system that is played. Exploit customers, charge randomly to your account and no clear understanding of the why. Lastly, no corporate office number, no ability to reach executive leadership team at all. It's a racket. Quite frankly, my complaint seems quite similar to others, seriously considering class action lawsuit. This is unacceptable and inexcusable.

      Thank you for your regurgitated speech. Please note, thus far I have not received a communication in ANY kind from PODS. Your response is an absolute fabrication of truth to portray your company as being honest and forthright. If an attempt had been made to contact me, then why not an email, a voicemail, a letter. My recommendation is save your rhetoric for unsuspecting consumers, whom you can manipulate with your words. Rather, invest in staffing, training and rebuilding of an online platform that accurately reflects charges to the consumer. Your company is a fraud and a disgrace as evidenced by the many complaints on your corporate website. All with similar themes. How about take the time to read them and work towards improvements rather than drafting bs responses.

      I rented PODS to store and move. My new washer and dryer were in PODS. I noticed the left to right shaking back and forth when my possessions were loaded on truck. Long story short it was shakes back and forth on pick up, when put in storage and when it was unloaded from storage and delivered. My washer and dryer were destroyed. Couldn't be fixed even after calling a technician and $700 for work just on washer. It was junked because I couldn't put anymore money into it. DON'T EVER PUT APPLIANCES IN PODS. The back and forth shaking from the truck lift will destroy them.

      I am in receipt of your correspondence concerning PODS Enterprises, LLC customer, **** ********* PODS review confirms, per the confirmed order documents that are available to Ms. ******** in her online PODS account the pickup of the empty container occurred back in November of 2020. Per the PODS rental agreement, Ms. ********* has 60 days from pick up to file her claim, for review. Further Ms. ******** did not request or purchase any protection for her contents stored in the PODS brand container she rented. We greatly appreciate Mr. *********** feedback and apologize for any inconvenience she may have experienced. Should Ms. ******** wish to further discuss his claim she is encouraged to contact PODS directly at (XXX)XXX-XXXX, customer service is available Monday - Saturday 8:00am to 10:00pm EST and Sundays 10:00am to 6:30pm EST.

      They LIED from the very start and told me but they could take care of our move. I asked specific questions about the location where the pods would be delivered where our home is in Glasgow Kentucky. The reason I did this is because I was told by some other portable Storage moving companies that they did not service our area. Instead of being honest and telling me the same thing at the very beginning, I had to find this out the hard way when they were holding my storage containers, basically hostage, end it wasn't until a week before my containers were to be delivered to our new home but I was told that they don't deliver in my area. No one apologized or was even remorseful. They basically said I would have to come out of pocket completely to hire movers to unload the pods to then put them in a truck which I would have to rent to the drive to our new home and unload it there. I guess they don't care about the expense and the stress that is being inflicted on people that they lied to!!

      I received an email from one of their representatives which asked for more information and specifics from me which I supplied in a return email. At this point I have not heard anything back so another words I have not been provided with any type of resolution at all!
