1 starNot surprised they have a 1 star overall review, as I too am having an awful experience. We were initially assigned to an insurance adjuster named ******, who was wonderful and VERY responsive to any questions via phone and email. Out of the blue, without any communication, we were switched to a new insurance adjuster. Ever since then the communication has lacked severely. I have included ******, Chasity, ******, and **** on emails. It takes several unanswered phone calls (leaving voicemails) and daily emails to get a response several days later. The lack of communication has caused us major delays on our home rebuild. They are very unapologetic for their unresponsiveness. We were supposed to receive our claim check weeks ago, and it was never sent. I was then assured it would be overnighted and delivered six days ago and we have still not received it. Please send us our check so we can start our rebuild process!Review fromAdam M.

1 starI work for a company providing medical service to worker's comp patients. **** Eastern has denied services without receiving or reviewing the request or medical records. The determination was made after one phone call in which we only requested additional contact and claims information. When requesting the rationale of determination, they refuse.Review fromJetarka S

1 starDealing with American Claims Management has been a ************** claim is currently ongoing!!! I was rear ended by their customer they did accept liability however I never want to deal with them again. My adjuster ***************************** do not deserve to deal with people because hes very rude. He do not return phone calls nor email. I have called so many times to have my claim escalated and he still takes his time to call me back!! I have left several messages on his manager *************************** answering machine and he has yet to call me after leaving 4 messages. Something really need to be done with ******* because I really wanted to curse him out for his terrible customer service. I asked him why he dont return calls he said to me bc hes busy, this is not acceptable at all. I really hope my review get some attention because no one deserves to be treated like I am being treated by this insurance company!!!!Review fromDina M

1 starRemi. I copy your sentiments exactly. They were nothing short of a miserable experience for myself and my son - who was the victim of an accident he didnt cause. In the end, he was left paying out of pocket expenses for a rental car totally $700 for their delays in processing his claim then tried to blame it on the body shop. When I told them I had proof THEY were the delay, they had no comment. Bottom line, they suck!!!Review fromRami D

1 starI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with The Littleton Group A Davies Company, and I must say that I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity displayed by this company. My encounter with them has left me with a sour taste and a clear understanding that their primary goal is to avoid paying claims at any cost. From the very beginning, their customer service was lackluster and disorganized. It seemed as though the representatives were not adequately trained to handle even basic inquiries. I encountered constant delays in responses to my queries and was often met with contradictory information. This lack of consistency and coherence in their communication was deeply frustrating and only exacerbated the already stressful situation. However, the most disheartening aspect of my experience was when I needed to file a claim. The process, which should have been straightforward, turned into a prolonged battle. The Littleton Group A Davies Company displayed an alarming tendency to search for loopholes and excuses to avoid their financial responsibilities. Whenever I presented valid documentation and evidence to support my claim, they would find creative ways to dispute or undermine the legitimacy of my case. Their claims adjusters (***********************************, ***************************) seemed to employ a strategy of delaying, deflecting, and denying claims, regardless of the merit of the situation. This behavior is inexcusable and demonstrates a complete lack of ethical standards. It is truly disappointing to see a company that is supposed to provide security and peace of mind instead causing stress, frustration, and financial strain. I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through the ordeal that I experienced with this Company. My encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and willingness to find any excuse to avoid paying claims have left me deeply disillusioned. 0 stars.Review fromCasey S

1 starOur experience with American Claims Management (ACM) has been a nightmare. At the end of March, we were involved in a wreck and the police report and dash cam footage show the other driver was at fault and the vehicle was insured by ACM. A claim was filed on the ACM website within 48 hours of the incident. 3 days later, after still not hearing back, I contacted ACM by phone, was given a claim number, and told ***********************, Auto Claims Adjuster, (CA License #******** was assigned to the case. I emailed **************** and received an email back they were investigating things and denying a car rental until fault was established. A letter was then sent to ** by **************** stating we better have the car moved as they would not pay storage fees. Continued attempts to reach ACM both by phone and e-mail were ignored. Contact was eventually made with her supervisor, *********************************, Claims Manager (CA License #********. I did receive a call back in about 48 hours from ******************** and was assured they were working to determine if ACM or the other driver's personal vehicle insurance would pay (the car at fault was a rental). After that initial contact, we called and e-mailed ACM for weeks with no responses. SEVEN WEEKS after the wreck an email was finally responded to by ******************** acknowledging that ACM was the responsible party and would be proceeding with the claim. That was over 2 weeks ago with no further responses. ACM appears to be dragging its feet to avoid its responsibilities and based on other reviews this is their standard business practice. If you are reading these reviews to determine if ACM is a good company for personal insurance I think it is obvious they are not interested in providing customer service or fulfilling their obligations. If a company is reading these reviews to determine if you want to give ACM your business, in my opinion this company would only serve to damage your reputation.Review fromJoyce C

1 starIt has been 3 months and American Claims Management has not resolved my claim. They most certainly try to stall. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ******************************* (cliams adjuster) after 2 other adjusters quit. ******* recently hung up on when i pushed for clarification--clearly she is under pressure. I do not see where this company is competent or capable of manging insurance claims. I am now looking into other ways to file a complaint and warn people avout this companyReview fromJason G

1 starThis terrible insurance claims company that doesn't care at all about its clients. Beware of any insurance company (like the one that has a lizard-like mascot) that uses this company for claims. You will be lucky to get any type of response from them. Even though my assigned claims adjuster and her supervisor are both CC'ed on all communications, my adjuster does not feel pressured in the slightest bit to provide a modicum of reasonable customer service. Don't even think about calling in 800 number or emailing the supervisor direct too when they drag their feet because you will never hear a peep out of the manager (in fact, I'm not sure if the manager is a real person or just a bogus email address attached to emails). This company will complicate your situation exponentially when the process should be simple and straightforward. When it comes time to renew your home insurance, choose any company other than the one that uses ACM to handle claims, even if it means paying a higher monthly fee. American Claims Management does not respond to emails, and will spin their wheels when it comes to cutting your check for the build back of your damaged property, which means you'll be left floating the balance until they feel like sending you a reimbursement check. Any follow up emails for the status of your reimbursement will be totally ignored.Review fromGabriel L
