      I had a gift card that I purchased in September for my mom for Christmas. Every time I would scan the QR code it took me to a shopify help center.? I questioned this to customer service (after getting bounced around saying I needed to order the alcohol on different websites) and they told me to place my order on ********? Not sure how to do that, the gift card would not work at all on any of the three websites they told me to go through, but of course no number to call to speak to someone live in real time. So I complain and finally get someone to credit my $150 gift card back to me since it was not working at all! They said yes and said look for the credit in 3-5 business days. I did that and had not seen a credit or heard back from anyone so I reached back out, and they said that PayPal's refund window had closed (screw PayPal too). So I said okay... well I need something here since I just lost $150 since no one can communicate. They ended up giving me a code for my $150 and a $50 extra on them. Okay sure. We place an order for two bottles and only one bottle came in correct, apparently they were suppose to ask about the incorrect one since the item we purchased was on back order, and they sent something else in it's place. We complain and they say they can give us $30 gift card. Fast forward to last week and I got around to trying to order the correct bottle. ( as of 12:41 6/4/2024 it has not delivered to my house so we will see if they sent the right bottle this time), but when I placed my order, it was suppose to be $84 and some change, but they charged me like $136 and my bank accounts started flagging the transactions, I had to get new bank cards. I am now in contact with Reserve Bar again telling me that my bank has to correct the charges so it posts correctly on my end??? What?? Reserve Bar figure it out!!! I will never order from them again and will not accept anymore giftcards or credits that they want to give, I am completely over them......

      I ordered Kentucky Derby 150th bourbon bottle back in march. I was actually at Kentucky derby. They stated it was delivered to my house on 5/5 which it was not. There is no customer service you keep getting the same email run around there’s no phone number to contact anybody. FedEx will not assist in the matter either. I am out almost $200, I should’ve investigated this company prior to ordering. I feel like Better Business Bureau needs to investigate this company and put it out of business…it is a scam. .

      I placed an order on March 12, 2024, for 2 bottles of the Kentucky Derby 150 commemorative bourbon in which ReserveBar used Mel & Rose as the "Pre-Order Shipper." It has been over 30 days and still nothing has been received. My husband placed his order on the same day using a different shipper and received his order in 1 week. It is impossible to speak to a real person at ReseveBar and email responses are canned, standard, automated replies. ReserveBar sends zillions of emails but does not hold its shipper accountable. I am still waiting.

      I placed an order with Reservebar (RB) on 12/09 and through some sort of glitch (which I am unclear still if the issue was with RB or ***), my order ended being sent back to the company that fulfilled it in ********* *** I was able to track where my order was sent to and spoke with two different people there who advised me that they were aware of orders from reserve bar being sent back to them and that they were going to have these orders picked back up by ***. The store advised me that they are explicitly told to not provide any type of customer service regarding RB orders and could not give me any more specific information. RB has a ph# that when called, you can only leave a voicemail so I cannot get any help from RB over the phone to get an update on the status of my order. I also emailed them three business days ago regarding this matter and have not been contacted back. I have also contacted *** who have not been of any further help and have advised me to speak to the vendor who I have not been able to get a reply from. I just want my order that was intended to be a Christmas gift or a refund and I can't get any help which is incredibly frustrating. This is very poor customer service and will likely never use RB again.

      Placed an order from reservebar, it arrived at my door just three days after I placed the order. I then had a problem with my payment method that a $20 cashback offer my cc was offering didn’t post and when I contacted reservebar about this even though it wasn’t their issue they sent me a $30 coupon off my next order, no minimum necessary. Can’t be happier with them.

      Placed gift order on 6/9, that needed to arrive by 6/16. Website states ships within 1-2 business days. By the 15th, still no shipping/tracking info. After about a dozen attempts to call them, finally got a person to answer, told her this needs to arrive by the next day, she stated that she was submitting a ticket to try to get it expedited. The next day 6/16, and likely only because I called the day before, I finally got an email stating the order shipped but won't arrive until the following Tuesday. I have tried calling 15 times, no response. So, the gift is ruined, as it won't arrive in time for the event, and you can't contact customer service for any resolution. I will NEVER order from this company again!

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My total experience with this company has been very disappointing. My order was placed on April 17th. I received an email from *** that it was scheduled for delivery on April 18th which I thought was too soon unless they are sending overnight and I did not order overnight shipping. When I began to track the shipment, the only information that was available was the date that the label was created. When I contacted customer service, their response was that it would take up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update. Well, it has been 7 days and still no updated tracking. After contacting Customer Service several more times, I am now being told that *** never picked it up. I have requested a refund the last two times that I contacted Customer Service and each time there is a reason for not sending my refund. Today, I have been told that they will not process a refund until they find the items I ordered!! WHAT IS THIS??? How in the heck should my refund be held because someone that they are partners with is not able to locate the ordered items? Pretty sketchy operations in my opinion.

Our retail partner that was fulfilling your order has also made changes and tracking is not provided until the order is ready to ship out. With this particular retailer, shipments usually go out within 1-7 business days. Our refund process has also been updated so that we can provide the best experience possible. Please keep in mind that we do work with retail partners and it may take a few days to hear back from them to confirm the refund has been processed.       This company has no live customer service to help with real time issues or questions, only chat bot or text. Responses are either automated or takes several days even weeks for a response. Orders are cancelled without explanation after waiting for months.
