      I am currently awaiting a refund to my card for a vaporware bottle that they sold me. It was over $300 so they have had my money for two months before they gave me the "oops" we never actually received that product to sell to you. They aren't willing to make up for it with anything so I am done. Do not recommend.

      I ordered a single barrel of ******** and was never told when it was being shipped or when it was even delivered. I contacted their customer service and only received an automated response with how they could help me further by selecting the following options type menu. I attempted to contact them 6 times afterwards and needless to say never got another response in return.

      Ordered Jim Beam Double Oak bourbon in the latter part of November. Received the order on December 5th only to discover their third-party shipper sent Brandy instead of the bourbon I ordered. I had no concerns - I reached out to ReserveBar directly and indicated that I would like a replacement shipment and I would happily return the incorrect item still packaged. That's where the run-around began. Every couple of days I get an email from ReserveBar saying that they're "still waiting on a shipping label" from the third-party. You need to do better than this! While this was a relatively low-cost bottle of bourbon, I won't order from these guys again anytime soon because next time it could be much more that I'm out of pocket.

      They literally have ZERO customer service. They will initially give you an automated email response from someone and then never respond again. Do. Not. Buy. From. Them. There’s literally no way to get in contact with them about your order when they inevitably give you problems, so you’re left on your own.

      Was concerned about Resevebar.com after placing order and paying for a hard to find bourbon. Concern was unfounded as they came through like champs! Thank you so much!!

      This place needs to be shut down. We placed an order for a bottle of ******* The order was placed on the 21st. The shipping company speed x says that only the label has been printed. Nothing has actually been shipped. We reached out to customer support, and they did nothing. It's been 6 days now and nothing has shipped. They say that things ship in 1-2 days. This language is misleading at best and deception in most other cases. Very upset with the clowns running this one. One (1) star.

      I would give it zero stars if I could. I placed an order on 8/22/24 and it is now 9/13/24 and it's still saying it's being processed. I even tried to have them cancel the order on the 9/10/24 but the email response I received stated that they were unable to cancel. I will never use this website again.

      Never received my $313 Scotch with 0 assistance from their customer service as well as their choice of delivery service provider. On top of it I found it for $70 less on the top shelf of a local retail store. No resolution!

      Placed an order on June 27. The recipient informed me it never arrived. Looking at the order tracking, it says they divided the order in 2. One order is being reported as a total loss by UPS. The other other is somewhere in NY, when the delivery address is NC. It took 5 attempts to submit an email. Then, I get the always full of it, "due to high volume" message. According to them, it'll take up to 3 days to get a reply. I know damn well I'll never see an email. Steer clear of this site.
