      If I could leave a ZERO star rating I would. Frontier's ticket agents missed a critical discrepancy on our tickets that caused us to have to stay away from home 3 extra days, resulting in unnecessary expenses on hotel/car, even CLOTHES and toiletries bc they sent our bag home without us. Their customer service is nonexistent and when you CAN find a way to communicate it is all Chatbots and endless circle of automated responses on the phone number. We complained on their website via a form allowing 3000characters and another Chatbot replied to us. They owe us $4800 in unnecessary expenses and want to give us a $200 voucher to fly with them again. NEVER FLY FRONTIER THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

      NEVER AGAIN, FRONTIER!I had a terrible experience flying with Frontier Airlines and feel the need to share it. I was traveling with my two kids (11 and 13 years old), one of whom had a cast on his leg, and despite booking all tickets under the same name, the system randomly assigned us seats all over the plane.When I politely asked the staff to help us sit together, I was coldly told that I could either buy seats or go sit in the very back. No compassion, no effort to accommodate a family with a child in a cast just pure rudeness.They gave us the very last row seats 31 A, B, and C right next to the bathrooms. At the gate, the agent ignored my sons obvious discomfort and cast, and treated us like an inconvenience rather than paying customers.Your planes are already nothing special, Frontier. The least you can do is provide decent customer service especially to families with young kids and medical needs.Heres a photo of the gate agent who decided it was okay to treat a mom and two children this way.NEVER EVER FLYING FRONTIER AGAIN.       Complete ignorance, the staff tried to refuse me from retrieving medication and valuables from my carry on when there was no room for it. I asked for 5 seconds and was subsequently called a b**** and kicked off plain while my kids watched and cried

      I broke a toe 1-2 weeks before our flight to a big city I've never been to. I haven't flown in more than ten years. We paid extra for carry on space. I had to fight and decent keeping my luggage up so I didn't have to cram our bags on our feet. We had to keep them down under the seat in front for 2 hours each flight. I cried so bad and the pain was unbearable. I wanted our money back but we kept being told by everybody there was nobody. Their tech support confirmed "if there was an emergency in ****** at their main office, and you had to contact somebody or someone might die, they had no phone line, extension or person accountable or liable in charge of the situation"I have some mental health issues and don't quite understand everything. My partner and I were so scared. We don't want to cause problems or be rude. I respect the people who do their jobs and I want to be cordial. I just can't seem to figure out how I'm supposed to do that with the automated system. I'm so heartbroken because my girlfriend wanted to go on vacation and used some of her disability to help get tickets and now that we're having these issues, we can't afford more medical bills for the broken toe damage. I don't know who to talk to

      I am leaving this review to make possible future customers aware of how rude, condescending, and unprofessional one of Frontier Airlines employees acted today when my ***** and I tried to fly from ********* to ****** today. Our boarding passes stated that the doors would close at 9:21am. We were at the gate along with another passenger at 9:09am. A condescending woman named ******** was working the desk. She very rudely told us that we were too late and would not be allowed to board the flight. She lied to us and said that the plane had already taken off, as if we could not look out of the window and see it still sitting on the tarmac. ******** claimed to be a supervisor which is very concerning. Why would your Frontier Airlines put a dishonest, unempathetic, and unprofessional person in a position of power? This whole ordeal reflects very badly on their company and I will never fly with them again. I will also be advised others to avoid them as well.

      they claim to be the cheapest there is but by the time you get around to it they are not worst experience ever never booked with them again still waiting to talk to somebody been sitting at ***************************** since 1:00 yesterday afternoon and it is now 3:25 a.m. because of boarding passes that I didn't get and the runaround and then when I tried to get my boarding pass at the counter they wanted to charge me and then later when I spoke to somebody else they wanted to charge me more because they said late a bunch of BS I'm in so frustrated with not being able to get somebody to remedy the situation I already paid for my tickets I'm not paying additional boarding pass fees and all this other stuff boarding pass I thought was included in your ticket but apparently not anymore

      *************** 03/31/2025 Gate agent at *************** was extremely ignorant, loud, rude and offensive. My son and I were seated in exit rows. We both answered yes to being able to aid. She must not have heard my son and repeated her question. I told him to answer her again. She then raised her voice and yelled at me that he had to answer on his own. I told her he had, and we started to walk to the ramp. She then yelled at him to not move so I walked back. She told me I couldnt answer for him and if he couldnt do it himself, he couldnt sit there. I told her again he had answered her more than once and that she was yelling at him unnecessarily and he is a high functioning autistic adult. She then told me he doesnt function properly and couldnt sit in an exit row and needed to be reseated elsewhere. I told her she was wrong. It is against *** to discriminate against someone sitting in an exit row and she didnt know his functions as he is a stranger to us. She was extremely nasty! She doesnt need to work with the public at all. I will be filing a Federal *** complaint against her and Frontier. While at the ticket counter we were told we could only switch seats to another couple that would be seated together. I told them no and we would be getting on this flight regardless of sitting together as we were separated coming down and never had these issues before. All the agents were extremely rude, but ******* took the cake. She was loud for everyone to hear our business and extremely nasty. She clearly has not been trained adequately, or she simply does not care about working with the public. She needs remediate and/or removed from her position at once. No apologies were issued for her behavior and clear violation of my sons rights!

      I will never in my life fly Frontier again. I had a same day flight scheduled with them. The flight i had in the morning got canceled 2 hours before the flight and i was forced to pay a much higher rate at the airport for the short notice. The flight i had back has gotten delayed 5x now for a total of being pushed back 4 hours AND STILL COUNTING. Asking the team boarding they have little information about a solidified departure time or if it will keep moving. Absolutely ridiculous, extremely unprofessional, and unorganized. Do better.

      This airline really should not be allowed to handle customers. After many delays they cancelled the flight via email and had no agents in the entire airport. No vouchers for hotel, no information on rebooking the next flight. Taking money from people for a service places a responsibility to handle tough situations and this company does not.

      The most incompetent idiots Ive ever seen. TWICE in under 2 months they completely cancel a flight without any excuses. Please take this trash airline off the market. Not only that but they absolutely scam you.
