1 starFor the second time my 10-10:30pm departure flight out of *************** was delayed several times. Then a final delay until the morning. My second time spending the night in a cold and uncomfortable airport due to constant flight delays. This is the most inconsistent and unreliable airline. They offer no concessions for repeatedly delaying this flight from *************** to *******. Customers should be aware of how unreliable they are.Review fromRobert H

1 starJust flew Frontier Airlines to and from the Masters. Never again. We were constantly lied to on arrival to *******. Took 12 hours from *******. Non-stop. Return flight worse. Was unable to check in online the day before departure. The website did not recognize my confirmation #Y9GH4L which was correct. Flight was scheduled to depart at 2:18 pm. They have a silly rule to be at the gate an hour before. Went to check in at 1:22 pm. Lady wouldn't let me take the flight. I explained I tried to check in the night before. She didn't care. I explained I needed to get home to a sick wife. She didn't care. She scolded me for not coming earlier. There was no reason she couldn't let me go to the gate with 58 minutes left before the flight. I explained I tried to check in the day before. She put me on a later flight with a 4 hour layover in *******. Got home at 11:30 pm. Original flight arrived at 3 pm. Not the first time Frontier has lied about a situation. I want some sort of restitution. A few years ago I had the back end of a r/t flight from *** to SFO go wrong. On the home leg the flight was cancelled and I had to find another flight on United Airlines. I have never received a credit or refund on that one. In the end your not saving money or time. They even have the gall to charge your for a cup of sparkling water out of their bottle!!! Shame on Frontier Airlines.Review fromDylan B

1 starFrontier Airlines: A Masterclass in How to NOT Run an Airline Let me save you time, money, and your last shred of sanity: Do. Not. Fly. Frontier.This airline is a scam disguised as a budget-friendly option. Sure, the ticket might look cheapuntil you realize they charge you for everything short of breathing. Want to bring a carry-on? That'll cost you. A checked bag? That'll cost even more. And God help you if your bag is one inch over their draconian size limits. Theyre not just strictthey're out here measuring luggage like TSA rejects who flunked out of geometry class. Ive watched people get hit with last-minute fees at the gate just because their bag looked too big. No flexibility, no empathy, just dollar signs in their ******** for the main event: my flight. Seventeenyes, SEVENTEENpassengers were told to volunteer to get off the plane because we exceeded the weight limit. You read that right. Somehow, they sold more seats than the plane could handle without defying the laws of physics. I may not be an aeronautical engineer, but if your aircraft cant safely carry the number of people you sold tickets to, maybe dont sell that many tickets? Just a thought.Their solution? An inconvenience packagewhatever that means. Judging by the reactions, it wasnt even close to fair compensation. But wait, it gets dumber: after the unlucky 17 were booted, the rest of us were forced to return to our original seats so the crew could manually count usbecause they didnt keep track of who left. You cant make this stuff up.We finally took off well past schedule. No real apology. No accountability. Just the usual soulless corporate shrug.And as for their claim of being the Greenest Airline in *******? Sure. Green as in all the money theyre bleeding from your wallet.Avoid this airline like a middle seat on a red-eye. Frontier isn't just badit's a cautionary tale. DONT. FLY. FRONTIER.Review fromBarbara D

1 starAbsolute the worst. They delayed flight 3 times. Last was to board at 3:30 pm. At 4:15 I inquired about flight and was handed a card. Desk Employee would not comment. I had not idea what was happening. Just said to open QR code on card. Never once said the flight was canceled. I had to book on another airline as the same aircraft was already booked for the following day. Worst customer service ever! I flew many time before without a problems but the talk at the airport was that Frontier is known for this. I had to put out additional money on flight and hotel. Never again!Review fromMaria T

2 starsTravel experience was generally what one would expect from a discount airline like Frontier. However, when our flight from ************ to ********, via ******, was delayed, things spiraled downhill fast. As we were landing in ******, we could see our flight from ****** to ******** leaving the gate. That's life. But then we were routed from ****** to ********* to ********. We were told that we qualified for two dinner vouchers, a lunch voucher, and a hotel voucher. Fine. Except we had to spend the first night in the airport in ****** where there was no place to redeem the first dinner voucher. Although we were given a breakfast voucher the next morning in *********, we never received the promised lunch and dinner vouchers, even though we were told multiple times that we just had to wait and they would appear via email. I submitted a service request online and was told someone from Frontier would contact us within 7 days. (7 days!) It was more like 10 days before we heard back from Frontier, only to be informed that we had received a dinner and breakfast voucher. (Yes. I know that!) Our checked luggage was also left in ******, in spite of my proactive effort to ensure it was following us to ********. (I was told, incorrectly, that it was.) It (the luggage) ended up in ******* before being FedEx'ed to us a couple weeks after our trip. Phone support regarding the promised/unissued food vouchers went nowhere. The service agent attempted to offer a flight voucher instead. I informed her that I would NEVER be flying Frontier again. EVER. Seriously. (i.e. I will NEVER, EVER, fly Frontier again. 1 starReally slow customer service and I was not informed of my flight change. I had to return to the airport and spend extra money on Ubers and food because they wouldnt simply cancel my flight and give me a hotel voucher. I think we all know to avoid frontier but let this be your reminder to avoid this airline. I was stuck in ****** for 20hours with no accommodations and the customer service agents werent even aware of my flight change.Review fromAntony A

1 starThis customer care is number one worst in the world, I was not able to get in even ,I reached gate before close 10 minute, thing is I forget to check in on my mobile phone,but I reach at gate before 10 minute, these idiots are not allowed me. They are illiterates and rude, yes they are..where you guys getting this types of employees ,?Do you prefer educated people? (were they learn behavior modifications. Same thime they have to born a good parents )Shame on you guys!I adding photos of rude staff with time you can see time l reached at gate 6:03,gate closing is 6:12, these idiots are asking me to go frontier care and book again, another flight,i can't get in this flight! flight 1426 suppose to take off 6:35 Am from ********* .After these Stressful situation,I forget my jacket with my wallet at sitting area, and I went back to get my jacket and discussing with TSA, TSA suggested me to go with a frontier agent, I went out there and asked frontier staff at *********, ********** , one female agent,she is the daughter of idiot: said I checked and I cannot find any jacket, on the area that I explained were I put,after this incident I went to security check area and find a passenger going same are were I sit, Requested to check my jacket and wallet, he found my jacket with wallet in front of gate counter sitting area were I sat.Thing we cannot trust these type of staff / employees are criminals, Hey frontier where is you heart?When I take a picture these idiots are covering their ID cards!If, you have truth in your life why you wanted to cover your ID?You cheating yourself your moral for someone's benefit?If, you have an ethics in your life why you wanted to cover your ID?If, you think about frontier policy, why you wanted to cover your ID?No doubt, they All are "criminals " work in frontier!Never ever suggest frontier anyone .Review fromChaf G.

1 starFlight attendant from ********* to ****** purposefully skipped a few rows while offering beverages and such. She was in a hurry and had little patience. Acted as if people we inconveniencing her. I do not know her name.Front desk clerk in TB told me to purchase a carry on, I did and when I realized I didnt need to purchase, she said she could bot refund and handed me a card with a Qrs code to scan so I could ask for a refund. When you scan it, it says no refund for purchases and wont allow you to proceed.Seats are insanely uncomfortable, extremely bad! Not even close to enough room in overhead bins. People were keeping big bags at their feet.Horrible experience from *** to ******, to TB! Im waiting now to make the return trip. Not looking forward to it. 1 starTried to get home for the anniversary of my God mother passing but unfortunately the airline had other ideas Flights from ***** to ******* got delayed and resulting in me missing my flight to ****. The next available opening was the next day at 3. Flight attendants treated it like it normally happens. In fact they showed more effort in pushing that doggone credit card then they did treating their customers like humans.I stood in line to speak with someone for an hour due to the line of people who's flights were missed were almost es stretched to the spirit terminal Let me be clear, offering to put me up in a hotel is NOT a fix for what I missed today. So I asked for a flight back home seeing they didn't have any ohio flights The next available flight to ***** is at 7:35 pm... which was a solid fix ? No! It was 9a. Soooo on the anniversary of my favorite person passing away ,I spent the entire day in a city I've never been without anyone I know in a freaking airport. And you would think this is when customer service kicks in.... absolutely not their staff is nonchalant and rude. I watched them call security on people who were simply trying not to get stranded, i watched them raise their voice and strug off customers Who were stuck in another city as if no one mattered. This is by far the worse flying experience I've dealt with.And now looking down at my ticket.... I'm 6'1 280 lbs and they assigned me a middle seat... like after completely destroying my day this they want my knees next. This airline is the worse.... never ever ever again.
