    Earny? More like Scamy. After trying this out for a couple of years and earning exactly zero dollars, I have been trying to cancel for months with no response from the company. I call, email their designated address and receive no response. I keep disputing the charge with the credit card company as fraud successfully but I would rather not go through that hassle.I can't believe this company hasn't been shut down yet. For the love of god, do not sign up for this scam.

    This company is a TOTAL scam! I've been trying to cancel my subscription since 2022 and they REFUSE to answer any e-mails sent. Their app and website also don't allow you to cancel (it locks up or it doesn't load at all). It's beyond ridiculous that a "business" does NOT respond to correspondence to cancel their product. Like others, I have "earned" cash back but have NOT seen one red cent! Seeing how the last response to reviews on BBB dates back to Sept. 2021, I think they could care less to resolve ANY of these issues.

    This company is a scam. I have tried to cancel my subscription two years in a row. Receive the following: Hi There,Thanks for reaching out!Your email has been received and our Billing Team will be working on this as soon as possible!Because the majority of requests require some research, it may take up to 48 hours to find the best solution to your questions.Thanks for your patience!-The Earny Team They then have ignored all follow on correspondence. This is unsatisfactory and is theft. I see by other reviews and filed complaints that I am not the only one being scammed.

    I have been requesting my earnings from Earney for over a year. Sent at least 30 requests and emailed customer service at least 20 times. Have not heard back from customer service or received the cash back I earned. Earney advertises cash back on purchases but they do not deliver. I would like the money I have earned sent to me.

    Earny owes me a total of $240.86 and they suddenly fell off the face of the earth. Other than their automated emails I get no reply. Like Brian, my assumption is either they're out of business or they're intentionally keeping the funds. I tried contacting Groupon for help since 100% of the money in my Earny account is from purchases I made with Groupon but Groupon claims to not have a relationship with Earny, despite the fact that their logo is featured prominently on the Earny app and I have, in the past, successfully recouped funds Groupon paid into my Earny account. I even sent them a Paypal request for the exact amount to make it convenient for them and still nada.
