I voluntarily subscribed to the Earny App and used it for awhile. When I decided I no longer wanted to subscribe to the app. I canceled, emailed, and did all the logical steps, and they continue to charge me. I email and are told that they will respond in 72hrs, and I get no response. I try to follow the website, it is a dead link. I file fraud complaints with my bank, they still charge. I know I cancelled this subscription years ago, but this week they decided to bill me *****, so I went to the website to try and login to make sure it said cancelled, but any login attempt leads to a "page not found" type error, so I tried to email them, and it bounced back as undeliverable, likewise the phone number doesn't do anything. I've disputed the charge with my bank, so hopefully that gets some resolution, but looking at other complaints, it seems like I'll need to do this every year even though the company appears to very much be no longer in businessInitial Complaint

Earny ************* app is a subscription service that monitors your spending and tracks for lower prices of things you've purchased and helps you get a refund. In Aug of 2023, I emailed them through the email listed on their website to request cancellation of this service, They responded with a link to an ***. The *** had no information on how to resolve the issue. Since then, they have not further corresponded with me. All links to log in to their website say "failed to authenticate" or "web server down" (for almost a year). Today, I attempted to email them again by responding to the original email they had responded from and it was kicked back as undeliverable. I can see on my credit card that I am due to be charged again next month. I'm unable to cancel my service as their is no way to contact them.Initial Complaint

I have been charged annually since 2022 and cannot even log in to the account to cancel. I constantly have to file a dispute on my credit card. I emailed them in 2022 and 2023 to remove me, and no response from the company, but they continue to be billed.Initial Complaint

I as many others have reached out to cancel my account over the last three years. I have never received a response back regarding my inquiries. The site clearly states that you must send an email to cancel, so what's the point? Earny has continued to charge me over $120.00 in the last three years and just sent me a "friendly reminder" email that yet another charge will be made in the next 7 days. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO SO MANY PEOPLE? WHY IS THIS NOT BEING ADDRESSED? EARNY - YOU ARE MALICIOUSLY IGNORING CONSUMER RIGHTS. FIX IT!Initial Complaint

Earny has been drafting money out of my account for 3 or 4 years I do not even have the app anymore and I have tried calling them several times and they do not answer. They have a voicemail with just saying "Hello" there is no message you can leave and no one calls back this is not acceptable. I have even changed my card number with my bank and they continue to draft even though my bank has tried to block any more funds .The phone number that they have on my bank draft is ************ I have been unsuccessful trying to reach them. I have been charged annually for the past 3 years on June 25th by Earny for their "premium subscription" which I never signed up for. Now, it appears the business has closed and I am still getting charged a $50 annual fee. I also tried reporting this in 2022 and 2023 with no success. It has gotten to the point where my only option seems to be reporting it as fraud with my bank and having to change my card number.I have tried emailing all emails they have listed online- ********************************** *************************************** and ********************************** and all emails bounced back because the addresses could not be found.I have tried logging into my Earny account but it appears that they have shut down operations and I get an error message every time I enter in my credentials. I have tried finding their app to solve this, but they are no longer in the app store.I do not know how this company can continue to charge clients when they are clearly not operating.
