This is the second time the crew members at Trader Joe's have asked me what disability I have that I need a service dog. They violate the ADA *** and were trained to ask these questions. They also told me that if my dog is emotional support, they don't allow her. She was wearing an identifying Service Dog vest. It's mortifying having people stare when having your rights violated. I would not recommend Trader Joe's to anyone with any disability or service animal. Shame on them!

My family and I went to trader joe's in ******* **, and we did purchase food and few products. Next day my wife was prepering a meal for the family. I notice an insect in one falafel and I looked more I noticed more in the bag. I took everything back to trader joe's store and ask for a manger. when I asked to speak to a manager, a boy turn and said I am a manager... I start telling him what is going on and I even told him this is health hazard and need to remove the items. His reply was is ok once in while things happen. I give ur money back.... WOW what kind of customer services is this? Our health should be #1

Trader Joe's is an ************* for it's indusrty. It is my opinion that the complaintants here are working with an unrealistic zero margin for error and frankly quite selfish behavior. Please step back and reassess your input. GO TJ GO!

I am writing to say that I really do like the products from Trader Joe's. I have purchased food products from Trader Joe's for a number of years. That is why I am so disappointed when a product that I usually buy was no longer available, a product that is considered as "seasonal". I checked on **** for that food product and noted that there are thousands of **** stores that sell the food product that I was searching for at an extraordinary markup price. Requested Action: I would like to request that **** should take down all the resale stores of food products. If a product contains the words "Trader Joe's" or "Trader Joes", then **** should be notified or should AUTOMATICALLY deny the posting of resold food products. There are liability issues if somebody gets sick, which includes the reseller and Trader Joe's. Does Trader Joe's really want to open itself up to lawsuits if a consumer gets sick from a resold food product? Also, consumers will remember that there were no products on the shelves, especially seasonal products, where it is no longer available. There are literally thousands of entries for food products that resellers are selling to unwary consumers at an extraordinary markup price, and such activity does damage the reputation of Trader Joe's. Trader Joe's should take a proactive stance that ensures consumers that products are available on store shelves and that there are no consumers buying out food products so that those same food products are not available for regular consumers at the regular store prices. Resellers should be completely shut down and blocked in perpetuity forever on all resale platforms such as **** and Amazon. **** and Amazon should take a very proactive stance against resellers of food products, and Trader Joe's should regularly monitor both **** and Amazon for any resold food products.

Ive been going to Trader Joes for 15 years and Ive had great experiences except for one today. As we all know, they have a nice return policy which is why I shop with them. Its nice knowing that if your product isnt a good quality or you dont like it, you can return it.. I Shop at Trader Joes in *********** at least once a week, spend at least $60-$150 . Ill probably exchange 3-5 items. Once, or twice a month. I usually dont even ask for a return just exchange because Im shopping there anyway. Today I was doing an exchange, and the manager was extremely rude. And was frustrated. ***** said OMG this is like the 10th time youve done this Im confused because Ive only seen her once or twice so I wasnt even sure if she was talking to me so I said, excuse me? She said youre always returning items..I said yes and I can do that. Isnt that your policy? She didnt smart and said, so whats going on with your stuff in your bag, I replied that I simply didnt like it. She said, so you dont like most of these things that are not opened, I replied I buy things in bulk so I bought duplicates, of the same items and the ones Im returning are the ones that I didnt open I just didnt happen to like it. She smirked and said yeah, right.. at this point, I refuse to be disrespected, especially by a business Im purchasing from, and have supported through the pandemic, I replied to her Id appreciate it if you stop trying to disrespect me and make me feel uncomfortable , she continued to make sarcastic remarks, and I said it again then she smirked and walked off. Since when does Trader Joes allow their employees to disrespect customers. She was even mean to the cashier??? I did speak to the store manager about it nonetheless, Im not sure how much will be done, because he didnt seem surprised at all or really concerned about how it affected me. As someone who always loves & supports this company, this has tainted my experience and has caused me to see them different

Apparently at this location(Bristol and *********), they will discriminate against you based upon your gender. You aren't allowed to speak to the cashier attendants, in a friendly manner, otherwise it's construed as "discomfort." I was essentially asked by manager ***, not to come back to this location because I somehow make an employee "uncomfortable." This is my frequent location and regularly come for my lunch breaks. I see familiar faces as this is a daily destination for me. instead of bracing awkward silences while checking out, I'll ask whomever is ringing me up, about their day. This is what *** says is, "a discomforting way to talk to someone." No matter, who rings me out, I always choose the shortest line, I'll simply ask how their day is going, if we had just come back from a weekend, I'll ask how their weekend was. Dialogue is exchanged and I then walk out of the store after the 2 minute or less process is done. Even though the person who I ring out with, changes every time and would not have interaction with the same person; apparently, just my presence is enough to make this person "uncomfortable," according to *** - how offensive. The only conversation I've had outside of the cashier line, is with ****, who greets me every time, as he knows I'm a regular and returning customer. Rather than punish and discriminate a friendly customer, speak with your staff relating to acceptable social behavior and develop their social skills, if they want to work in a customer facing environment. I've spoken to the familial attorney who says this can only be perceived as discriminatory. The necessary actions will be taken.

This morning, as I do every week, I drove a long way to this Trader Joes for flowers, (gladiolas only.) For the past few months, this store is cutting down the amount of flowers in quantity and they have raised the price from **** to ****.

This morning, the gladiolas were heading for dead! They were all leaned over and the very tops of them were suffering like they would after owning them in a vase for two weeks and caring for them properly. I saw they were not in water!

I requested the manager named **** ****. He has worked there for the whole time I've gone to this location, (2 years.) He has never smiled. He doesn't say Thank You. He always looks unhappy as he barely stares over his manager's station in front. It was made very clear today how little he cares!

When he finally came out from the back, he helped one of his cashiers while I continued to wait. Then he came over and said: "Yeah, how can I help you?"

I showed him the bad condition of the flowers, that they are not in water and I explained that I come a long way to get there. He said: "Yeah, we don't put them in water so they wont bloom." Really?!

I said, they had been in water in the past, and thus I have always needed to use the plastic liners that they provide in the floral section.
He said: "I'll have to ask the person who takes care of the flowers..." and then shouted to a cashier as to whether they put them in water or not. She yelled back: "We don't put them in water so that they wont bloom!"
I said that the flowers are close to dead because they are NOT IN WATER. Just then, **** **** cuts me off as if to avoid others hearing our conversation and he said: "Well, that's all we have!" And he walked away!

Not one single: "I'm Sorry." Not one single: "Thank You for bringing this to my attention." He is simply as self centered rude person who has no qualms about acting this way in front of his employees, thus teaching them ****************** and unprofessional behavior right from him!

      **** ****? Bad!
