      Prior to this incident Trader Joes has been one on my favorite stores hands down until there is an issue. I notified Trader Joes customer relations on 2/4 that I was just released from the hospital as I had been infected with Ecoli from carrots i purchased there. I told them I was still in possession of the carrots. I was instructed that someone would contact me in 3 days. To this day no one has contacted me and I am still in possession of these carrots. I am requesting the information for their insurance carrier or ************** insurance carrier to file a claim. I have not received any communication from Trader Joes in regards to this matter.

      I think Trader Joes could do a much better job with training their employees. They are rude to the customers in ********** MA. Please do better. We deserve better.

      This website states, for Trader Joes: "Trader Joe's requests that customers share their feedback directly with in-store Crew Members or through its website at ******************************" YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF CONTACT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE. I used to 'like' Trader Joes; however, since a recent (*******) EWG report regarding: "toxic free future (dot org) retailer-report-card 2024 retailer trader-joes" TOTAL SCORE "0" (ZERO) out of 165! RANKED 44 out of 50! THIS IS ABOUT A TOXIC FREE FUTURE!

      LIARS.I am appalled by Trader Joes for lying about the ingredients listed on one of their products. The *********************************** Soap has been around since 2014. I have been using that product since then. Due to skin allergies, Im always checking the ingredients JUST IN CASE what Im allergic to suddenly gets added to it. But I never expected to discover that they recently added TWO preservatives to the soap, and CLAIM that those ingredients have been part of this products formulation since it was first introduced in our stores in 2014. This is from an email response which I still have as proof. I also have a photo of an older bar of soap packaging, and a photo of a recent bar of soap packaging. Tetrasodium EDTA is one of the ingredients NOW LISTED on the back of the packaging as of October this year. Was it listed on there 2 years ago? NO. Was it there even 8 years ago? NO. Yet they claim that it has been. So Trader Joes has unintentionally exposed themselves as NOT listing every single ingredient that has been in their soap since 2014.

      We have been PHYSICALLY brutalized by Trader Joe's employees in *********. By that we mean they have caused us Senior Citizens of very advanced age and with LIFE THREATENING medical conditions to suffer physical upset and enormous stress and tension as a result of their appalling and gross misconduct towards us that includes but is not limited to:Repeatedly hanging up on us Defamation Infliction of emotional and, yes, physical distress Embarrassment Public humiliation Verbal assault such as to make us ill!

      Trader Joe's has many healthy choices for feeding my family. While my daughter and I love shopping at the ******* location in ************, there is some unprofessional behavior going on. My daughter and I have fallen victims of organized crime and the ******************************. I am absolutely certain that Trader Joe's is an active participant and in particular their employee ********* *********. San **** Police Officer **** ******* is the person leading the ring of corruption. We attended high school together and this pertains to my ex husband who is actively involved with the Police. This is necessary awareness and it is my public duty! Thank you for reading this and be careful who you contact for safety concerns!

      I worked for this company for 5 years and they are horrible to employees. Sure, they offer outstanding healthcare but when you attempt to use it? Youre gone. Do not let anyone you love work for this company. I was sexually assaulted while working by another coworker. I found out after running IMMEDIATELY to managers, the man who assaulted me had previously assaulted another coworker, A MINOR. They fired me after I went to police. They stood in direct contact and would not release the information police needed to get this guy charged! He works not at the ***************************** at ***. Thank you Trader Joes for exposing all of those women and children to this predator. ****** this company this is on ongoing issue and has been for years.

      I just purchased TJ's Chicken, ************** Chile Pupusas. There was no discernable chicken in it and only a couple of very small green specs. The predominant ingredient was dough with some cheese (mozarella?). I couldn't determine what kind of cheese, but not very much. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

      I have shopped at the Trader Joe's in ********, ** since it opened in 2008. In recent years, the customer experience at the store has severely declined. In the past year, I have witnessed an employee leaving the bathroom with a full toilet bowl. The employees working the floor have routinely walked aggressively through me without moderating their pace for customers. There are often people begging outside the front door or at the parking lot entrance.I grew to expect a friendliness of service but have been consistently disappointed. Repeatedly, the check out workers have taken my groceries without saying a word to me. I complained about this issue to the management.Weeks after the last instance of being silently checked out, I was refused service by a check out person. I was asked to put my grocery bag within a handcart while checking out. When I refused since I've never had to do that in over 15 years of shopping at Trader Joe's, the checkout person abruptly stopped checking me out, said nothing further to me, and asked for a manager to check me out. I left my groceries there due to this lack of respect.I complained to the same manager who I complained to after being silently checked out. I repeatedly asked for the corporate number and was given attitude by multiple other employees. The number they gave me was wrong. I called to corporate to complain and received a call back from the store captain. I asked for an apology and was told I would get a call back. After a month, I haven't received a return call. I called back to corporate, and left a message for the regional manager. After more than a week, I haven't received a return call.I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at that local store and the company as a whole, and I have no intention of returning.

      Found a number of things at Trader Joe's to enjoy... but today I tried their frozen Cod Provencale with ***************** and it was like eating stones. The black rice was horrid. Ruined the meal... although none of it was very good.I must give it a one star rating. BTW... I followed instructions for oven temp/time - just bad black rice.*************************
