      I have been waiting for a new remote for my 3 blinds that were installed and are still under warranty to no avail...I cannot move my blinds and the cost of these were over ******** I think this problem deserves attention-or I will *** the company

Though we strive to offer speedy turnaround on all of our orders these unforeseen delays may occur. The remote is backordered from the supplier until May 27th. We are actively working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible.

      My credit card after months trying to resolve gave me a credit now 3 Day Blind is threating me for payment. I do not know if they every even responded to Chase they never responded to me. I received sup par materials/service.

      Horrible customer service. It seems they are very quick to respond when you have $money to spend but very slow to respond to issues once they have your $money. I have been trying to get my issue resolved since February 28th. After installation of my last order placed on 2/7/22 (installed 2/18) I reached out to the consultant we were working with about repairing a defective valance on a prior order. It took her a week to get back to me letting me know to contact customer service.2/28 - I spoke with customer service emailing pictures as requested. She consulted with someone while I was still on the phone. She stated that it looked as though a mistake had been made with the measurements. I was told someone would contact me to make appointment to re-measure. 3/14 - I hadnt been contacted so I called giving them all of the information again. 3/22 - Still waiting. Emailed customer service. 3/28 - Someone finally responded via email apologizing and again telling me that she had reached out to installation to schedule a re-measure. Order #******. I was also given a case # CAS-*******-K2Y0. 4/11 - installation called me. Appt scheduled for 4/12. 4/12 - re-measured. He told me someone should be contacting me. Today is 5/4 and still waiting.again. I emailed.again. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

      3-day blinds? Try 3-month blinds. I placed an order on December 30, was told due to supply chain issues, there would be a longer wait. First install attempt was mid-February. 4 of my 5 shades were incorrectly cut and had to be reordered. Two+ weeks later, second attempt at installation; this time 1 was still wrong and had to be recut. Two weeks later, install was finally completed. Never an apology, never an explanation, never an offer to expedite a reorder, and no offer of a discount to account for this unacceptable inconvenience. I would never recommend "3-day" to anyone and will go out of my way to steer people to any one of their competitors. An absolute complete fail.
